This is our first visit here, I came from Fontana to West Covina. The chicken was fantastic they got three to $10 chicken sandwiches if you’re hungry that’ll fill you up real quick. they have buckets of chicken nuggets buckets of waffle fries. Reasonably priced. Come and enjoy definitely got me as a customer.

Place was spotless. The staff was very friendly. Greeted me on the way in and thanked me on the way out. The menu was easy to understand.
I’m not from the area so I tried a variety of things. The 3 for $10 chicken sandwich deal uses very real dark meat chicken. It was great. The picked especially were tart and sweet.
The tempura green bean is zucchini. They were good but nothing I hadn’t tried somewhere else. The tempura chicken nuggets same deal. I will say the tempura batter is light and crispy. Very enjoyable.
The thing I enjoyed the most were the loaded fries. $9 gets you a box of Rally’s style fries with chopped chicken, cheese sauce and pickles on top. Loved it!

The food is good. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich tastes really good. Though it lacks a little bit in flavor. The French fries taste really great. They’re not oily, they’re not greasy, they’re just the right amount of crispiness. Their Wallace sauce definitely reminds me of a Chick-fil-A sauce. They’re both evenly matched in both taste and flavor. The Caribbean sauce is supposed to be like a barbecue, but it’s a very light kind of reminds me of a McDonald’s barbecue sauce. It would be nice if they had a more bold flavor barbecue something like Memphis barbecue to attract customers who like a good barbecue. Overall, I see potential at Wallace.

Pros:
1. Fries are absolutely solid and is better with WaSauce.
2. Service was relatively fast and great. I had no issue.
3. Offers banana peppers
4. For muscle heads, they offer protein drinks (30g)
Cons:
1. Lettuce is not lettuce. Not a huge fan of this ideal version of lettuce.
2. Dark meat. Was told before ordering that dark meat is only served in sandwiches. Dark meat comes off suspiciously uncooked, but nonetheless, I still ate it.
Overall, I would return to try out non-sandwich menus. The nugget bucket looks good from the looks of other’s review. Their price to meal ratio is fair. Great staff and comforting seats.

Recognize new place and decide to try their chicken sandwich. It’s pretty good deal for $10 and got 3 chicken sandwiches. The bun is buttery and the chicken is juicy.
I come during the lunch time for take out. It’s crowded and takes about 20 minutes to get my food ready. They have plenty of room for dining area.
The staff is nice and the restaurant is clean. The vending machine is available on side and it has good options of drink.
Will come back to try their other menu for sure!!

I’m very disappointed. This is the second time I’ve received a chicken mid-wing from Wallace with a serious issue. One of the two bones in the wing was deformed, with an abnormal shape and structure. It didn’t look like a normal chicken wing at all. On top of that, it had a very strong, unpleasant chicken odor, which made me suspect the meat might have come from an unhealthy or sick chicken.
Food safety and quality control are extremely important, especially for something as basic as fried chicken. I hope the company takes this issue seriously and investigates the source of their chicken more carefully.

Saw this new chicken sandwich spot on a food vloggers recommendation. Chicken is juicy and tasty. Waffle fries are spot on. Wings and nuggets were tasty too. Johnny the cashier was super helpful and friendly too!
