Food was hit or miss. I loved the shrimp! However, the catfish was just okay which was disappointing.
The service was great! It was busy, but the staff didn’t miss a beat.
However, some of the other customers were those white supremacist types that made us feel unwelcome. Like we can tell you think you’re better than us by the way you act, you don’t also have to put it on your hat and your t-shirt and in the comments you make.

4 way platter, 4 jumbo shrimp, 1 Crab cake, 6 scallops, platter of clam strips.
It looks like a great meal, but when you see scallops all the same size its a bit fishy, but then you bite into it and its tough and looks like compressed seafood. Thats how you know it’s fake. Clam strips while plentiful were very dry. Crab cake was good. Jumbo shrimp got 4 they were good but lacked flavor definitely frozen. In my opinion it’s mediocre at best. If cheap imitation/frozen seafood is what you like by all means please eat here. But its not a place we would go back to.

I met a friend, and had the Wednesday special for 8.99: popcorn shrimp and fried white fish. Fries and hush puppies. Everything was hot and fresh, the sweet tea flowed abundantly. Nice and efficient service. Large family style seafood place, with some neat decor scattered about. I will definitely return and try something else from the menu. Folks next to me recommended the salt and pepper catfish.

I can see why this place is always busy. Great selection of items and reasonable prices. We had the popcorn shrimp and the “captain’s special”. (shrimp, flounder, fried Oysters, scallops) Both of us had tea, which was also good, and the cost was less than $50. The only complaint I had is that our server seemed to forget us after our food was served. Asked for a to-go box and had to remind her again 10-15 minutes later. Other than that, great experience. We will more than likely be back.

I was excited to return here to eat. I hadn’t been here in years. My co-worker chose this place for lunch today. I had the build your own platter, fried jumbo shrimp, fried flounder with hush puppies & slaw. We also tried the cat fish bites. Everything was so fresh and tasteful, even the hush puppies were soo good. I love the crispiness of the Fish breading.

We had about a 45 minute wait for 8 people. We arrived around 6pm. Our waitress was great and she had several tables to tend to. She done her best keeping our drinks filled and things we needed. They had large portions. The food was good. And came out hot from the kitchen.
We all had leftovers to take home. Atmosphere was nice and welcoming. Everyone seemed very nice and helpful.

I’d been craving fried fish so he found me some. I had had the flounder platter and he had clamstrips. The food wasn’t hot and not seasoned at all. The fries were actually cold. I was extremely disappointed in the hush puppies. The meal was OK, but Sarah (in a pink tye dye sweatshirt) gave us amazing service. Her smile, and her attentiveness made the 30 minute drive worth it. I may try it again.

The resturant was very clean, the service was very good, our waitress went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied,I got a Ribeye steak and shrimp, the shrimp had a spice in it that I did not like the taste of, my steak was so tender and good though, some of the options I wanted they did not have but all in all everything was great, I highly recommend
