This location in Town Center is very nice and the staff is exceptionally good at customer service. We ate at the bar which was very clean. I had the cheese fries which were delicious and my cousin had the shrimp poboy. The poboy was well seasoned and had an adequate portion of shrimp along with the dressings. The Stella Artois was ice cold and served in big glass mugs. Great experience.

I was really looking forward to this, but it was a huge letdown. The burger was severely undercooked, pink and raw in the middle, which made it completely inedible and unsafe. The bun was soggy, the presentation was sloppy, and overall it looked like it was rushed out with no quality control. This is not something that should ever be served to a customer. I had to throw it away and wasted my money. Definitely would not recommend.

Maci and Cari were absolutely amazing at Walk-On’s! From the start, they were welcoming, friendly, and made us feel taken care of the entire time. The service was great — they checked on us consistently without being overbearing and made sure everything came out right.
We ordered the Boom Boom Shrimp, Alligator & Shrimp, wings, and happy hour margaritas — everything was delicious. The drinks were on point, and the food came out hot and fresh. Maci and Cari kept the good vibes going and made the whole experience even better.
Definitely ask for them when you go to Walk-On’s — top-tier service all around!

Me and my family were able to eat here tonight. We had an amazing experience. The workers are absolutely incredible and made my whole party feel so comfortable and accommodated. It was so great I got their names to make sure they got their praise. Caroline, and Kaydence, yall did an outstanding job! Food and drinks were very very good!

This was my first trip to this walkons in a year. I was very impressed with the bartenders Baylee, Jaden, and sweet Caroline. There customer service was exceptional and professional. I recently had the Havarti Turkey burger in Brusly… it was amazing! Yesterday I was in Town Centre and decided to get another one of those burgers… so extremely disappointed, the bun was very much over toasted, the grilled onions were so salty that I had to take them off. I didn’t even finish the patty! Sorry, but I will not be going back. If I could leave zero stars for the food I would!
