This walk ons location has quickly become my go to, the food and service is top notch. If you go, ask to be sat in Olivia’s section, whether she’s in the bar or you’re sat in her section at a table/booth you will be taken great care of. The atmosphere is very lively inside and there are a plethora of tvs for whatever sport event is on. Between the great food and lovely server/bartender you’ll have a fantastic meal!!

I visited Walk-Ons for lunch today and was very happy that I did. First, I was greeted by the desk staff immediately and was seated right away. Then, a delightful young server named Makayla, came to my table within 3 minutes and took my drink order, giving me time to look at the menu. The food I ordered was delivered in short order, was hot and very tasty. Makayla came back multiple times to see if I needed anything. She was pleasant, gracious, and attentive the entire time I was there. It was a great decision to spend my lunch hour there today.

This is my favorite restaurant in Prairieville. Lately I have had the best service that is friendly, courteous and attentive. Ask for OLIVIA and you will get the customer service that everybody seeks. She could be a server or at the bar. Either way, a great meal, nice sports bar appeal, and good times for a drink or meal out. I continue to bring my team here for lunch knowing that Olivia will take great care of us and everybody enjoys the time together!

We stopped by Walk-On’s Sports Bistreaux – Gonzales Restaurant and overall it was a decent experience.
The atmosphere is what you’d expect from Walk-On’s — plenty of TVs, energetic sports vibe, and a good place to hang out with friends or bring the family. It’s loud but in a fun way if you’re there to watch a game.
The food was pretty good. Nothing over-the-top, but solid and consistent. Portions were fair, and everything came out hot. A couple items felt a little average compared to other locations, but still enjoyable.
Service was okay. Not bad, just not especially attentive. We had to wait a bit for refills and the check, but nothing that completely ruined the experience.
Overall, it’s a reliable spot if you’re in Gonzales and want casual sports bar food in a lively setting. Not perfect, but good enough that we’d probably go back.

Walk-On’s, Airline Hwy Gonzales (near Rouses & Petco) is a spot we’ve visited many times, and we usually love almost everything we get. I wouldn’t turn down a Walk-On’s meal.
The service here has always been amazing, and the staff are consistently friendly and fast. Please remember to tip your servers!
Over the years, I’ve tried a variety of appetizers and other menu items and have never been disappointed — except our most recent takeout order. We ordered a burger and a turkey club melt. The burger and waffle fries were great as always. The turkey melt, though, was underwhelming. It may have been better fresh since the cheese would have been melted, but for takeout, I would not recommend it.

Came into walk ons tonight and had great service Callie and Sophia are awesome, food is always great, come in and get the boudin balls or a buffalo chicken sandwich it comes with 2 chicken breast on it. Also get the prosecco and an ice cold beer

This is a fantastic sports grill. It’s conveniently located directly off I-10. The menu has a good variety of the typical sports grill food. The difference is the food is really top-notch. If you like dark roux when it comes to gumbo, you got to give it a try. Overall, good consistent place for a meal and watching the games!
