Great taco spot!
The camaron taco had great flavor. The breading on the shrimp stayed crispy and they packed a lot of shrimp in that street taco.
The asada was well seasoned and had a nice char. I do wish the asada was cut a little thicker but still very good!
The suadero had great seasoning and flavor.
The only taco I wasn’t a fan of was the Al pastor. It was too goopy and no char.
The red salsa was sweet with good amount of heat. The green salsa was sweet and not that spicy.
Excellent street tacos at an amazing price. Four tacos and a drink for under $14.

Outstanding Catering for Dad’s 80th Birthday – Highly Recommend!
Waldo’s Tacos catered my father’s 80th birthday celebration this past weekend, and they absolutely exceeded our expectations! With over 80 guests attending, I needed a caterer I could trust, and Hector and his team delivered in every way.
From the first phone call through the final invoice, Hector was incredibly responsive and professional. He made the planning process seamless with clear communication via email, text, and phone calls, and the online payment system was convenient and straightforward. When our guest count increased from 70 to 90, he accommodated the change without any issues.
On the day of the event, Hector and his partner arrived 30 minutes early to set up. They brought everything needed – tables, tablecloths, and even the propane tank for the grill. The setup was quick and efficient, and service began exactly on time as requested.
The food was absolutely delicious! Guests raved about the beef and chicken tacos, rice, and beans throughout the evening. Many commented on how fresh and flavorful everything was. The portion sizing was perfect – 3 tacos per guest plus sides meant everyone left satisfied, some even went back for seconds, and we had minimal leftovers.
Beyond the fantastic food, Hector and his team were professional, clean, friendly, and brought such positive energy to the celebration. They truly helped make Dad’s milestone birthday special.

Waldos Tacos are made to order and I personally love their Extra Crispy Tripas! As for burritos it got to be the Chorizo Burrito with beans and rice.
The food comes out hot off the grill, and I love the red sauce.

Have always loved the food here for many years , but this was it for me. I was having an amazing day until I went tonight to pick up my dinner and the cashier was so rude. I did nothing to her to be treated that way. Hope management can do something . I miss the customer service there once was .

Delicious. I always get tacos de cabeza and tripas bien doradas. Their red and green sauce has the spicy kick I love. Full of flavor. It is winter time right now so they have champurrado. Delicious. My kids love the chorizo burrito and chorizo torta. Mom loves tacos de lengua. Their portion size is not small. And their prices veru cost efficient. Someone recommended them, 6 years ago and I have not stopped coming since. Sorry about pics. All U can think about was eating! And forgot to take before pics.

First of the service was great for a food truck. Super friendly and we were checked on a couple of times. The carne asada here is surprisingly moist and tender which is hard to find so bravo on that. The chorizo was super flavorful and probably my favorite thing we tried. The al pastor was really good to you know how sometimes it’s texture is of all the seasonings? Well not this one!
The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because it could use some guacamole, if the tacos had a dollop of guacamole this place would be perfect!

I wanted to take a moment and give an amazing review!! Since me and my family have found this little truck we cannot get enough!! Great tacos, burritos, quesadillas and we have had the pastor, omg so delicious shrimp, asada, and suadero!!! Salsa is great also and they have a good amount of seats if you want to eat there.
