Horrible! They tell you to park on the other side of the building to build up their drive-thru numbers for a single ham croissantwich, and then you say no. And then pull this bullshit, no ham. Got you. Complaint to corporate.

Every single time I come through the drive through, no matter how much I order, they tell me to go park in front of their store and wait. Sometimes the wait is not that bad, but most of the time it’s pretty irritating. Sometimes if you go park in a regular parking spot, they don’t come to your car and then you have to eventually walk in there after you’ve ordered, AND WAITED, to get your food. Even when there isn’t a lot of customers, they do this. I don’t come much but it’s one of the few burger places near me. I’m not sure what the issue with this place is but I wish they’d get it together. Fast food is supposed to be fast.

I ordered the #2 bacon, egg, cheese croissant, with the iced vanilla coffee. I asked the employee (drive thru) to verify my order, and she was duplicating it. She eventually asked me to drive to the 2nd window, which I did. We couldn’t understand each other at all. She did confirm my order. I paid for my order and drove home. Surprise, I didnt get the bacon, instead got sausage. Should have followed my instinct to pull over and confirm my order. I was frustrated, hungry. Just ate it despite my dislike for sausage.

I understand that at 2 in the morning nobody is at its best, but if that’s you shift you have to make an effort. Terrible all together. They took a very lomg time, there was no line, the guy was half way sleep and when I got home there was a sandwich missing. Went back and not only had to wait again, but not an apology or anything. Didnt even open the window all the way to give the bag. Midnight shift sucks, I get it, but if you are not capable of giving a decent service, then don’t have a Midnight shift.

Gave me God awful food poisoning from undercooked chicken. Im losing out on over $100 in work for tonight now because I cant leave my bathroom. Can’t even tell management because they wont puck up the phone. At all. Called fir 30min, not one answer. Now my roommate is having to drive up there to talk to them for us because im suck in horrible pain and cant move.

This Burger King was honestly REALLY nice, clean, I liked the deco around. And I found the small tvs entertaining even though the videos were very 2020 like. The food was good but everytime I come to any Burger King those burgers give me a stomach ache after eating half of it, but it was still pretty good. 😀

The staff at this BK are amazing!! They were very productive, professional and my food was extremely fresh. The Oreo Milkshake was mixed very well! This is definitely my new favorite BK!

I love this Burger King. I’ve been here a lot of times but only eight. Once you know it’s a meeting spot for me and my under and friends and well one time they were running late and I got a junior Whopper and it was splendid.
