I stopped by this ramen shop on one of the coldest days in Boston last week while visiting Cambridge, MA from Cambridge, UK. From the moment I walked in, I had a great experience.

It wasn’t busy, so I was able to sit by the window. I was warmly greeted and served by Jennie W., who was incredibly friendly and always smiling. She checked in regularly, offered helpful recommendations, and mentioned the promotion running that day. After coming in from the freezing cold, it was exactly what I needed — a comforting bowl of ramen and genuinely great customer service.

Gabriel also came by after the food was served to make sure everything was alright, which I really appreciated.

Overall, I had a fantastic experience and felt well looked after. Highly recommended!

Great Ramen, Good Price, Excellent Portions!

Came here for dinner and was really impressed. The ramen was flavorful and satisfying—definitely a “good ramen” as promised! I had the tomyam , and the toppings were fresh and plentiful (loved the corn, perfectly cooked egg, and touch of lime).

We also ordered the Karaage (Japanese fried chicken) and Gyoza. Both were cooked perfectly and made for great starters. The portions are good for the price, making it a fantastic value. The location is great and easy to get to. Highly recommend!

The ramen honestly tastes like it was watered down. It lacked flavor and depth, it wasn’t rich nor lightweight. It was fairly disappointing, despite trying three different bowls of ramen. It all lacked something. The prices aren’t worth the amount of food I received either. The space is tightly packed. I feel like this operated as an ramen inspired noodle bar, rather than an actual ramen bar.

Popped in WakuWaku for a quick lunch and we were blown away! It was so good. Shared the signature ramen, spicy chashu baos, kimchi, edamame, and honey chicken karaage and everything was fantastic …. Shared this food with 3 people and it was perfect. The bao buns are a must though, we could have eaten 10. Super quick service and good prices. I think it might be my new favorite restaurant.

It was a very cold day, and we drove a long way to Cambridge specifically for ramen. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing.
The broth was just warm, which forces you to eat very quickly — by the time you reach the middle of the bowl, it’s already cold. I’m not sure whether this is intentional, but it gave me the impression that customers are expected to eat fast and move on.
That feeling was reinforced by the service. Although the place wasn’t full, a staff member repeatedly came to our table asking how we were doing. At one point, she brought the check without us asking for it. Later, as we were finishing our water, she came back again just to “check in.” When I jokingly asked if she liked talking a lot, she replied yes, as if it were part of the experience.
I don’t mean to be rude, but it felt rushed and intrusive. Ramen is meant to be comforting, especially on a cold day, and this atmosphere made it hard to enjoy the meal at a relaxed pace.

This was an amazing experience!! Nothing like beating the cold like a nice hot bowl of ramen you MUST try the signature ramen, and for my pork-free friends the Classic Miso Ramen was amazing!!! I will be coming back!!

This place is small, has a good aesthetic and a cute seating area upstairs, but definitely feels too crowded. I came with my friends around dinner time and there seemed to only be one person on staff to handle seating, orders, and table clean up. The food itself was alright. The takoyaki was delicious, and the ramen itself was good, although I wish the menu had more options for vegetarian and vegan people. Probably wouldn’t come here again, but it was still a decent experience for a casual last-minute dinner.

The food and service was very mediocre. The ramen taste like instant noodle, and we were super thisty all evening after this meal!

The server just do the bare minimum to get the bowl to you (I rather a fast-casual place TBH). The biggest red flag was the sticy floor, sticky menu and sticky table!!!!

Parking was a big headache! After several loops around the block for street parking, we gave up and head to the closest parking garage –$15 per hour!!
