If I could do 0 stars I would. I love wake up call, preferably the one on nw blvd is where I go but I work by this one in airway. The coffee I receive is already never consistent. The guy outside who takes orders is really nice. But the girls are super mean and have the hugest attitude problem. I ordered a white angel that was made with regular coffee when it’s supposed to be white coffee and a surprise redbull with sour candy that was a mad hatter. I went back and received comments by the rude girl with a bob saying that “Red Bulls are more expensive than a mad hatter so there’s a price difference and you ordered starry night flavor which is a mad hatter” I ordered a surprise redbull with sour candy. Then my coworker checked her remade white angel to make sure it was sugar free and the other girl with the nastiest look on her face says “that’s a white angel” like someone pissed in her cereal. Hopefully corporate can get this store in check and humble these girls.

Good place for coffee. Ordered a bagel and a vanilla latte. Both were great and feel the price was worth it. The latte is very good and would get again. Staff was very friendly and quick. Recommend trying this place of you haven’t.

Wake Up Call is a great addition to Airway Heights! It’s conveniently located by Mister Car Wash. I absolutely adore the patio set up and I love the customer service. They offer redeemable points similar to Starbucks and Dutch Bros. Overall, it was truly a wonderful experience and I will definitely be returning!

Visiting from out of state wanted to try something local. Maddie helped us with our order, gave us wonderful suggestions within our restructions that we absolutely loved. Also, gave us pointers on where to pick up some touristy things. Our drinks were so tasty, we will be back tomorrow.

Wakeup call is my favorite coffee stand. There is nothing wrong with the coffee here, it’s the service. With only one way in and only one way out, you are trapped there, forcing you to be late to work. Everytime I have gone there, it has been a substantial wait time, and you can’t get out. The other day was the last time I will go there as I arrived at 7:31, and didn’t get my coffee until 8 a.m. that is a substantial wait time for a coffee. Then when you finally get to the front the girls have a bad attitude, and I don’t blame them! They need more stagg there that know what they are doing. Especially with no exit for people to change their mind.

The attendant at drive through was very friendly and the reason why this location got any stars! We were told they couldn’t cut the sandwiches in half, which forced us to buy 2. When we got our food, we saw that they only put half an egg in each $7 sandwich. When we went back to show the sandwiches, they apologized and remade them but wouldn’t explain why they cut our one egg in half for two sandwiches. This time however, the bagel was extremely old and hard.
If you eat here, check your food to make sure you aren’t getting scammed too!

Warning!!!! If you are allergic to dogs do not go inside. I am highly allergic to dogs. I sat for 30 mins and started to get a runny nose, and other allergic reactions to their carpet and couch. I told them and they did nothing. The picture is of a worker just chilling and going through her email after I told them I was having a reaction.

Stopped by the drive-through for a couple of coffees – I got a 16oz white chocolate mocha and my wife got just a mocha. Staff were super nice and they were very busy! The coffee was very middle-of-the-road in my opinion. Not bad, but definitely nothing to write home about. Typically I like my flavorings on the light side but even for me I could barely taste them – both coffees tasted like regular lattes. Probably won’t be back on a regular basis but still a decent place if you’re close and just need a pick-me-up

Pretty grossed out. I got my favorite seasonal drink (strawberry shortcake latte) and one of the dried strawberry toppings appeared to be old and partially rotted. I picked it out and there was a yellow discolored film sitting on top of my drink where the dried berry previously sat. I usually pick the strawberries out to and dip them in the snow cap as I drink. None of them ever left a yellow rot mark in my beverage prior to this. My stomach started hurting before I noticed the berry and after I discovered it even though the ache went away I couldn’t bring my self to even take another sip. It was disturbing.

Great little coffee place. Went thru the drive thu. There were a few menu signs of drink specialties as you head into the drive thru, but not really any others. Initially there were two cars ahead of us and a gal had come out to get the order from car #2. There was not any drink or other menu signs closer to checkout showing their specialties or items available so when we were car #2nd and the gal came outside to get our order prior to getting to the order window, we had no idea what to get, so I ordered what I get all the time from other coffee shops and we didn’t order any snackie food… which had we had menu boards and prices, I would had tried something new and grabbed some snacks.
All in all a great little shop, very nice and friendly staff, decent coffee. More signs closer to the order point and prices would have made it a 5star for me
