Hmmm…we arrived at noon and got the breakfast menu…got a 3 egg ommlette but looked like 2…toast was one slice…always get 2 elsewhere…no garnish… how about a couple of tomato slices? Nice rustic look with nostalgic pics on the wall but I’m more interested in what’s on my plate…got an appetite…go somewhere else…love ambience? You might like it…woman at the till had tattoos everywhere…sorry that’s a turn off for me…won’t be back

Food was really good. We ordered a burger, steak wrap, and the Western sandwich all with sweet potato fries that were great. The restaurant’s interior is very nice. The service was good getting the food out, but follow-up for refills and to go boxes had to be requested.. Check out was also slow.

Really wanted to give a higher rating, as the breakfast sandwiches we had eaten here previously were perfect. However – we stopped in a few weeks ago for breakfast. I ordered the avocado toast and husband ordered the Loaded Skillet. The avocado toast was two large pieces of toast with a few small slices of avocado that barely worked for one piece of toast. The skillet was a bowl full of potatoes with a little other stuff on top. The waiter spent most of his time ignoring us and chatting up the other employee. The food was good as far as taste, but disappointing otherwise.

Wake-Up Coffee in Fort Benton is a must-stop. The coffee is consistently great, the drinks are made right every time, and the service is fast and friendly. You can tell they care about quality and the people they serve. It’s the kind of place that makes mornings better and keeps you coming back. Highly recommend stopping in if you’re passing through or live in town.

Great casual place for coffee, breakfast and lunch. Family owned, friendly service, good portions, and a comfortable place to enjoy the town. Good selection of handcrafted coffees. And better not pass up the fresh homemade pastries. Yum!

I was visiting my mother in Fort Benton and wanted to treat her to a hot breakfast sandwich and some fresh baked pastries. The croissant breakfast sandwiches, mammoth muffin, raspberry strudel and cinnamon bun all looked amazing. I should have known when the breakfast croissant was tossed in the microwave. We couldn’t even finish them. The bacon was chewy and limp, the eggs were rubbery and hard in some places. We threw them away after two bites. I went to cut into the cinnamon roll and it was hard as a rock. I put it in the microwave for 15 seconds and the first bite or two was OK, but then the rest had turned hard. The other two pastries were just as bad. We literally tossed all of it ($28 worth of food) and vowed we will never go back. Folks in rural Montana don’t eat out often and when we do, we expect not to throw our money away. Too bad. Such a cute place with nice folks behind the counter.

Ended up here because I had to pick up my brother whose truck broke down. It’s a cozy little spot and a great place to spend some time. The food was solid, the wait staff was attentive and kind. As someone just passing through, definitely recommend.

Wonderful surprise to find this here and open in the off season. Breakfast cookies are more like a meal! Great on a cold morning. The Blue Cheese burger with a side salad was excellent for lunch
