I was disappointed to find a piece of fingernail in my food. Since it was takeout and I was busy with work, I wasn’t able to address the issue immediately. While I understand mistakes can happen, this is a serious hygiene concern. I hope the restaurant can take steps to improve food safety so that other customers do not encounter the same problem.

The Mapo Tofu was too oily. The karaage came out too salty but the batter was good. Good on the cashier to suggest the $5 for 5 piece special on the Gyoza. Big strike out when I ordered to eat in and ended up with a to go order. “ I know, I’m sorry” I do not recommend this place. There are way too many other choices in the food court to try!!

Wanted to try something different at this food court. The crab omelet and fried rice was very good. I recommend it. Rice was cooked perfectly and went well with the soft egg and crab on top.

Had the crab omelette and mapo ramen. The crab omelette was cooked perfectly, without the egg being overcooked and the sweet and sour sauce complementing the rest of the dish. The mapo ramen was also good and turned out to be a much larger portion than I was ready for lol.
I’ll definitely be back to try out the other items, but it’ll be hard to resist the call of the fried rice.

Got the curry chahan for $18. It was pretty good but honestly missing something. Maybe more protein or fried egg? For $18, it was a bit bare…. This shouldn’t cost more than $14 at a food court imo

The mabo tofu noodle special was so flavorful and delicious. One of the best mabo tofu I have had. It is like mabo tofu ramen without the soup. I would definitely come back and try their other dishes. I think many people don’t realize that Japanese Chinese food is so good. Wish they had this restaurant in Hawaii.

It’s been a long time since I’ve been to mistuwa, this used to be sky express now turned into a new restaurant. So I want to give it a try. I tried the shrimp fried rice but its price increased a lot and its shrimp is very small and few and it has almost no flavor it’s almost like white rice with some shrimp on top. The food was really tasty, the service is also good. Sauce Yakisoba was one of my favourite from their menu. The sauce went perfectly with noddle and vegetables. They gave a lot amount of slice pork too.
