I normally don’t do reviews but I’ve never been so disgusted. I ordered a steak hibachi to go and upon opening the steak and veggies there was little white wire-y hairs all throughout the food. On everything. I have no idea if it’s human hair or what but wasted $20 because I was too grossed out to eat it.

Frequented this place a lot. It changed hands a while back and the food hasn’t been the same but still love it. Green Phoenix appetizer is one of our favorites. It does take a little while to get the food but thats understandable. Asian Martini is always a favorite!

Home made noodles and dumplings, as the place positioned itself. We ordered miso Ramen, duck wonton, shrimp and pork dumplings, milk tea. Everything was delicious, staff friendly, the place was clean.

We’ve been going to Wakame off and on for over 10 years now but we’re moving on now. The food is just not what it used to be and the prices are ridiculous for the quality. On top of that the bathrooms are filthy and no soap. Not sure how the staff washes their hands? Also charging junk fees on the check makes this place a no-go.

I’ve been coming here for years, but this evening has ended that when I discovered that they charge a credit card service fee. Credit cards are part of the cost of doing business, I would rather see them increase their prices on their menu rather than charge a service fee I will refuse to do that, and will not come back again until they discontinue that policy.
