Ordered the Chicken Ranch, chicken came out burnt with BARELY any ranch on it…. When I asked for a new burger they told me the next one will come out the exact same way. Never had chicken burnt at the MoA location. All they offered me was a cup of more ranch. Ended up peeling the breading off the burger and it was somewhat edible.

I ordered the Bacon Arugula Salad to go. When I opened it up I thought they had only given me arugula, the very few toppings provided were all underneath. For a $10 salad I just expected a whole lot more.
For what it’s worth, the man that took my order was very kind. That’s the only reason I gave it 2 stars instead of 1.

I had their $10+ double hamburger. Totally disgusting! Who ever heard of putting 2 juicy patties, with all the fixings, on two thin slices of toast. After waiting 15 minutes for my order, when I opened the box, the toast was so soggy, it was mainly mushroom. I took one bite and threw the rest in the trash can. Very disappointed and a total waste of $10 and my time. The atmosphere was average for a burger joint. I can see why that location is closing!!!!!

I’m so stuffed…. I can barely write this review. The Fiesta burger is great. Add more jalapeños if you want it more spicy. Think I’m going to have to roll myself home. The fries are fast food quality but the tater tots make up for the fries undesireability. Also need to add that the buns were meh. Probably a little bit less meh then the emoji meh. The servers are incredibly nice.

We ordered take out, and was told it would take 10 minutes at the very most. That was perfect because we ordered other food from another one of the vendors there. In the end we waited 45 minutes for them to make 2 burgers, 2 fries, and 1 cheese curd. We kept asking “Where’s our food”, and everyone was running around like a chicken with it’s head cut off. “It will be 2 minutes”, “It will be 3-4 minutes”. That’s all we heard as if the place was packed. IT WAS VERY SLOW THERE. 5 tables eating, most people at the bar just drinking. What were they even doing back in the kitchen? We were just about to cancel our order and get our money back when they brought our order out. We started eating in the car, and somehow within 2 minutes the burgers “got” cold, they forgot the fries, and the burgers were way over cooked!! Do not eat here! You will wait forever, and be lucky if your order is complete. We were so disappointed, and will never go back. We ate there 2/22/2024. Ordered at 6:24 pm. Received at 7:11pm. Ate it at exactly 7:13pm. Already cold ( how?), missed 2 orders of fries, burgers were over cooked (incompetent), and the burgers were very small(over priced). My wife didn’t finish the burger, and just gave it the dog. Hyvee, replace Wahlburgers!

The young lady that took our order was not customer friendly at all. This is our first time eating at a Wahlburger, so my wife asked if they had turkey burgers here and the waitress was like I don’t think so, however if you work at the restaurant you should know or ask. After we paid for the food we saw they did have the impossible burger. She brought the food out and had no idea what was what. On top of bringing out the wrong food. The food was alright, crispy sandwich was ok, I felt as if I could have gone inside Hy-Vee and got a frozen chicken pattie. I don’t think I will visit this location again. I was not impressed at all.

We recently visited Wahlburger restaurant in Savage. It was our first visit to a Wahlburger restaurant. The place was clean but nobody was eating there. We ordered a burger, fries and a chicken sandwich. Everything looked great until we started to eat the food. The Wahlburger was very salty tasting. The fries were also extremely salty. The must have used a very fine salt because you could not see it, but when I brushed the french fry I could see the small particles of salt coming off. The chicken sandwich was eatable but not good. The place looked great, but the food was awful. After that experience we will not be returning. It is a shame because the place looked nice, but since the food was not very good, we will not go back.

Mediocre burgers. I never expected $15 burger be as low quality as this. American processed cheese. Kids meal came with fruit cup as the side. Like the plain preserved part of the 6pak plastic thing with tons of sugar. I would receive better quality and service in McDonald’s.

This new system of ordering outside the restaurant and seating yourself then waiting for them to find you is ridiculous. We ordered got one of our beverages to take with us and was told they’d bring the other to the table. We got our food mentioned the missing coffee and asked for 2 waters, the person brought 1 water and said the coffee and 1 more water would be there shortly. We finished our meals sat there and finally went up to get a refund on the coffee. The food was good but the experience and service lacked big time. This used to be a great place for a quick bite but i guess that’s gone now. There were barely any customers in there and it took a while for food to come! Last time going there.

We were a bit confused when asked to walk out of the restaurant to order (we entered through the restaurant doors, not Hy-Vee). We both ordered a burger and onion rings, sweet potato tots and fried pickles as an appetizer.
Positives: Food tasted good and the fried pickles and tots were hot.
Negatives: We both ordered our burger well done, and both got pink cool burgers. The onion rings were ice cold. All the food came out at the same time, including the appetizer. We were intrigued that one tv screen showed the kitchen staff making your food… The kitchen worker (who had told us he was the manager when he brought out our food) wasn’t wearing gloves and picked up something from the floor and tossed it in the trash, then returned to making food without washing their hands.
Doubtful that we’ll go back. 2 burgers, 2 sides, 2 sodas and one appetizer with tip cost $60.
