Very confusing as it is a dinning style eatery but no wait staff. After waiting in the restaurant for help to find out there’s no one in there. You leave the restaurant area to order out in the grocery store portion of the building. Lots of seating but unfortunately no clean tables. Very disappointed with the cleanliness!!! Burger was so greasy the bun just fell apart. Very disappointing. Wish we’d have read the other reviews before eating here. Very over priced for the quality of food. I’d give no stars if that was an option

We thought we would give this location a second try. They were advertising All You Can Eat Boneless Wings and Fries for 12.99. They had signs in the parking lot, in the store, 500 flyers on the top of the register and a giant billboard on the Highway. We walked up and I ordered first, the employee looked like a deer in the headlights and could not find the button for it. He asked around and someone told him that did not start till tomorrow. I explained that they had it advertised everywhere and I wanted that deal. He said he could not do it and I replied for him to get his manager. He replied he would take and start our order and then have the manager chat with me. He took our order and said he would get it started. Now I know they do take out orders as well but they only had 5 tables in the restaurant with people. A few minutes later the manager stopped by and said “Of course we can honor it!” and then the employee came back and asked what sauce I wanted even though I gave him that when I ordered. 50 minutes later with a 5 year old at a burger place our food arrived and I ordered my refill at that time. Now the food was amazing and tasty but the service was horrid. Bartender stops by 30 minutes later and asks how everything is going and I explained that I still have not received my refill. She came back and said we were next and soon out came my 5 nuggets with no fries. Now I do not have another 30 minutes to to wait for another round so I nowhere got near my All You Can Eat!!!!! I left very hungry and very disappointed!

Complaint is for Tuesday evening Oct 22, 2024 only. Usually the food is fantastic but, not today. My burger was horrible. Soggy.and unedible.

Based off the very little time spent there it wasn’t great. Took my family to that Hyvee store June 16, 2022, around 3pm and no one greeted us let alone acknowledged our presence at all. We walked in and there was an older employee just at the front area messing with her nails and phone, never looking up to see us walk in or when our two kids (5 & 2) said hi to her. We then did as the sign said and seated ourselves. After about 3-4mins go by no one came back to take our order or even say hi. This was our first experience with a wahlburgers and sadly not a great one by any measure.
However with that all said, we’re still going to give it another go but definitely NOT at that location. We have a brand new one opening in our location near us and are still excited to give them a try as our Hy-Vee location is better and truly cares about all customers so we can only imagine the experience we’ll receive at that wahlburgers location.

The food was delicious and there are flavors found here you won’t find elsewhere in town. It is a little pricy but the portion sizes are good, the ingredients are of good quality and the flavors are fantastic. The gal who took our order was also also very friendly.
If ordering for pick-up, be sure to find a Plattsmouth-specific menu because there are several items they do not have at this location (i.e. the tots flight or salmon). I ordered the seared salmon and street corn salad but received a fried whitefish with my salad instead. This is a website issue that should probably be addressed with menus for each location according to their offerings – particularly important so people with food sensitivities get what they are expecting.

Went Sunday for breakfast, was not impressed, one you order at the deli counter, go sit down with a number. Had two tables to choose from, three had customers, the rest had dishes on them. Food took 35 to 40 minutes, friends next to us, one ordered french toast, what came out was two pieces of wheat toast, buttered, with powdered sugar & cinnamon, no egg wash? two weeks, in a row.

Came in to try and grab a late lunch in between appointments, was excited to try the wahlburger thing. Bartender was very nice and got me a water but could not get a waitress’s attention to save my life- one walked by and made I contact and walked off as I began to speak. Gave up after 25 minutes. Will not be returning. Unless I need a beer or WiFi I guess- lol.

Honestly been here a few times and this place has yet to impress me, sub par Mac and cheese (very blan). The burgers are not impressive, the staff has no clue what they are doing.
Honestly for the price of this place I’d rather take the drive to Applebee’s…..at least I would have better tasting food.
Bring back the Hy-Vee restaurant.

service super bad.. Alan was mad looking because his team mates didn’t run around as quick as him.. the other guy with long hair didn’t look like we knew what he was doing there.. don’t get the shake … its just milk with toppings… BAD
