Server forgot to bring our drinks after we ordered, so they didn’t come out until after our food arrived. He asked if we wanted lemon in our drinks, we said no, yet both drinks came with lemon…
Ordered fried pickles for an appetizer, the server specifically asked if we wanted them as an appetizer or with our meal, and they ended up coming out after our food. Don’t bother asking if you can’t get the timing correct.
We had a few digital gift cards to use and the restaurant had no way to scan the barcode on the digital card, so the server had to write down every gift card number, super weird system.
Overall, food was good, aside from timing and the cold fries, but service could use some definite improvement.
High quality and delicious food.
Short wait for a booth, several high top tables open Saturday night during what I would expect to be the dinner rush.
Food came out in less than 10 mins from ordering it.

Our wait time was not as bad as it was stated, which was good. Restaurant was 10 minutes away, so most of our food was only a bit warm when we got it, no fault by the Restaurant. Food itself, even though it was somewhat warm was still delicious, I would give it a 6/10. Only thing I would change via the App is to be able to customize the burger, as mine could have used a bit more sauce; that’s just how I like it, but wasn’t able to customize it that way. I would definitely love to dine, in the near future inside the restaurant and actually have that experience.
It quickly snowballed from there.
While taking our order, he walked away from me twice while I was mid-sentence. Two separate times!!!! I wasn’t finished ordering and had to ask his coworker to grab him because he had already gone back to the computer. When he came back, he again started walking away before I was done speaking, assuming I was finished when I was actually trying to order more food. We waited patiently and gave him the time he needed before approaching us, yet he couldn’t dedicate even a single minute of basic attention to us. It was unprofessional.
Our appetizer never came, and by the time he realized it, we had already finished our meals and were asking for the check.
The bar itself was dirty when we sat down and was never properly wiped. He dropped items behind the bar and left them on the floor. To top it off, my burger bun was completely soaked from what looked like blood from the patty — I had to rip the bottom off just to eat it.
I’ve worked in fine dining for seven years, so I understand being busy. This wasn’t that. It was careless, inattentive service with a poor attitude from start to finish. I’ve genuinely received better hospitality from McDonald’s.
We have come here often but definitely won’t be returning after this experience!
