Absolutely HORRIBLE! Our lunch was left and we ordered this from Grubhub. $90! For lunch. It better be the most amazing but it was a JOKE! $7 for each of THESE “loaded” fries?!? Cheese wasn’t even melted! $10 and it is plain white bread not a high quality chibatta.

GOD FLO.
The sandwich was pretty good, but I ordered cheesy bacon fries and what I received was NOT fries. It was merely potato wedges. The picture in the DoorDash app clearly shows French fries. And there wasn’t even chopped up bacon, there was about 2 pieces of bacon WHOLE in the entire bowl. Pretty sad. Don’t order from here unless you want to pay top dollar for a poor dish.

5$ fries. This is a kids fry from McDonald’s at best. Y’all need to be shut down. Kroger mozzarella sticks and pepperoni slices for pizza on my sandwich.. lowest quality food I’ve had in a week.

Fake restaurant double brokering IHOP food. This is a scam. Do not order from here. If you call them it is a call center in India..

If I could leave a 0 star review I would. There was absolutely no cheese on anything. You would think something called “the thrilled cheese” would have freaking cheese. It’s dry and gross.

We order this for the first time tonight. I got a classic grilled cheese and when it arrived the bread was toasted and the cheese wasn’t even a little melted. My husband got one with turkey that tasted like the turkey had gone bad. I took two bites of my sandwich before I threw it away it was so bad. The fries were edible but there was only 17 fries in a side order that cost $5. We will definitely never eat from here again.

Eh. ordered on Door Dash, Delivery person said the building was a ghost town, all of the people were hanging out on their phones. No customers in sight. I ordered a Thrilled Cheese classic combo: Was supposed to include thrill sauce, didn’t receive. Tiny amount of fries, gave 3 ketchup packets. bleh. Grilled cheese was good, but the lid was not on the package it came in. All in all eh. might order might not…

Very Disappointed!!! $7.00 for the Cheesy bacon fries. I received 27 cold french fries in an oversized to-go container. The $12.50 sandwiches came on rock hard, small hoagie buns and were also cold. I was excited to try this place because the sandwiches look fantastic on the website. I am checking this off the list as another poor excuse of a restaurant in Jackson. Advice – You want a sandwich? Go to subway.

For your own health & safety, I highly discourage ordering from this pathetic excuse of a restaurant.

$5 will get you around 15 or so french fries; around 33¢ cents an individual fry. They’ll be cold, soggy and inedible. You’re better off going to the grocery store, buying an entire 2lb bag for the same price, and throwing them in the oven. You’re guaranteed to get better results.

$10+ will get you what they consider a Grilled Cheese. You’ll get a bunch of store-bought cheese sticks and other processed meats slapped onto flimsy bread with half melted cheese.

This is another, in the long line of dysfunctional, mismanaged, ghost kitchen catastrophes. It’s not a matter of if they’ll get sued, it’s a matter of when.
