I had a great experience here today.
I can speak for airport food in general, so my review is specific for my visit today.
Everything was perfect. I ordered double patty burger with french fried and fountain drink. It was about $24, which is expensive but expected for airport prices. The food was prepared and served relatively fast.
The burger was juicy and flavorful. The fried were crispy and fresh. The fountain drink was just like any fountain drink.
The burger and fries portions are decent and filled me up well. I actually would just get a single patty burger next time, which should save around $3.
Overall I was very satisfied and happy with the visit, and certainly would consider it next time I’m here and craving for burger.

Came by for a meal before our delayed flight. The lady that helped us was nice and told us what we could do for gluten free. We were able to get the burger as a salad since they didnt have gluten free bun. We couldn’t have the sauce that came on it but were able to get ranch. The fries were good also. It was great! Glad we were able to eat at a Wahlburgers in Boston.

Daralyn is the ultimate best!! Personable, attentive, makes a great drink was the only bartender on with a full bar and make sure every person at the bar felt like they were the only one there. She is an absolute asset to this place.

Terminal E departures lounge.
Very disappointed as they would not take my cash, and told me that I had to use the machine to order my food. I had a $20 bill for a $14 meal and was happy to leave the rest as a tip so wasn’t expecting any change. However the lad serving refused me and under no circumstances was he willing to take my cash. I said I’d take my custom elsewhere in the airport. I’m now sitting at Boston Harbor at Gate 13 with a tasty meal who were happy to take my cash.

Worst service ever!!! If you are planning to eat a meal here before catching your flight make sure you go with plenty of time to wait 25 minutes for your meal, I have been there twice and both times it was the same story; half hour wait for 2 burgers and 2 fries, that is certainly not FAST food at all! Both times it was around 10am and maybe 5 or 6 people in front of us, and the wait was ridiculous!
Also, Not one single table around was clean!
They got my order wrong after all that wait, I’m allergic to pickles and sure enough, pickes were there after I said NO pickles! Ugh! Worst location ever.

I was pretty excited to give this place a shot as I have never heard of it and the menu looked good. This burger was honestly pathetic and a cardboard box would have tasted better. Everything about it tasted ultra processed and tasteless. Tater tots are just plain Jane out of the bag tater tots which I expected but the burger was a huge disappointment especially for a total of $20 with tax.

Burger was very dry. Fries were mostly cold as they’ve been sitting under a heat lamp for who knows how long. Only good thing is that they’re fast and the burger is a decent size. Would not recommend.
