Skip this one. I love Mexican food and I love supporting local businesses, but no one from my shop is coming back here. That’s a shame because we’re right up the road. But damn. Train your people. I was the only customer and you acted like I was interrupting you by placing an order. You clearly didn’t want to answer my questions about ingredients, you gave me the wrong order which included a heap of dairy when I said no dairy twice, you handed me my food upside down, and you failed to close the hot sauce. A mess I can’t eat. You’ve been here a while, so you obviously get it right some of the time. Is it women? Or just women who look like they own and work in a shop? I’ll just drive further into town when I get a craving.

I ordered the birria pizza. I was very excited about it before even opening the box, I don’t know why, since it was my first time getting food here, I just felt like it was going to be good.
Very kind people work there, and they made it quick (not too quick, good things come to those who wait).
As novel as a birria pizza seems, it is one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had.
If you took the best things about a quesadilla and the best things about a pizza, then combined them, added consume and salsa, this is it and then some!
I can’t wait to try some of their other menu items, but it will be VERY difficult to not order this again.

Ate the tacos first and was impressed.
The carne asada burrito, my go to order for 40+ yrs, and i grew up in San Diego and this was the best ever!! . Special spices were noted and a chesse grill on the tortilla, OMG all these lil special touches made it amazing.

This is a food truck. The employee did not speak English making it difficult to get order. Food was good but not worth the wait. There is no atmosphere as seating is outside under a canopy and is limited and noisy due to heavy traffic in and out of the convenience store.

We go out of our way to come to Carlos, either here or the 82nd location. It’s the BEST in the area. We always get their Agua de Pepino with Chamoy, and I am an absolute sucker for the Birria Burrito. Get an extra thing of their consomes, it’s worth it!

The pizzabirria I got was delicious but I wasn’t given the consome to go with it. That was rather disappointing, especially because I heard it was delicious and I feel like it could have been so much better especially for the price. The people are nice but I probably won’t go back, not sure how you can forget something so important to the meal 🙁
