Incredible!!! Words cannot express how full and delighted I am. I had the Sukiyaki all you can eat experience. The A4 is truly unique, it’s so soft and melts in your mouth. I couldn’t handle anymore after three trays. If you find yourself at this location, make sure to ask for Alan!! He is an incredible human and is great at explaining all the different cuts. Will be back!

Had an amazing experience dining tonight at Wagyu Master. This restaurant group knocks it out of the park as usual with their top-notch meat quality, outstanding service and great atmosphere. This location is definitely more of a curated dining experience than Chubby Cattle or Mikiya. Pricing is about the same at the top end, but well worth it for the incredible experience you’ll have here. I will be bringing my entire family back so they can experience this for themselves. Definitely go for the membership, it pays for itself within two visits if you’re bringing another person. Rex and Jacob went above and beyond, but want to give a special shout-out to Sean for cooking everything tonight and guiding us through our night here.

Had an amazing experience at Wagyu Master Sukiyaki in San Jose. The toro uni caviar hand roll was absolutely delicious, and the shabu experience was top-tier with beautifully marbled wagyu. Special thanks to Denny for being so patient and helpful throughout our meal!

Unique experience, never been in a place like this in the bay area! Not really meant for a big rowdy crowd, but its cute and best for intimate 1v1. My date took me on a reservation here and everybody was nice and attentive!
Rex was a great host checking up on us, Denny served us, Jacob refilled our meats, and Alan gave us dessert. They all talked to us and wanted our input on the food.
The food, I swear its a 4 course meal haha. You start with what I’d say, appetizer. Love the vegetable tempura, the handrolls, to the sashimi, and a different take on a steam egg. Loved it. Just for it to be followed by all you can eat A4 meats and dessert! Had to get the membership, give me that discount!

Minh was great! He took the time to walk us through the menu and explain everything clearly, which made ordering super easy. He also cooked our meat perfectly — exactly how we asked. Friendly, attentive, and really made the whole experience better. We’d definitely ask for him again!

When you come in, you can pick between the shabu shabu or Sukiyaki. Both choices would give you alot of top tier meats. The experience as a whole was pretty unique. You first start with a tasting menu, which a service would cook for you. In our experience Alan was our cook/server. He was great at explaining the process and choices you can make. In the tasting menu you get some top tier sashimi and poke, tempura sides or egg tarts and one choice of the premium stater, I went with the toro uni caviar rolI. Then the meat starts rolling out A5 wagyu of all kinds and Alan made sure to cook it to perfection and help with pairing each slice to veggie and sauces.
If all of that wasn’t enough, our (regular) all you can eat experience starts. All you can eat A4 and A5 slices of meat. SO MAKE SURE YOU COME HUNGRY!
