Walking in, I had high hopes for a cool experience. Bartender wasn’t friendly and seemed to avoid me most of the time. Ordered a double cheeseburger burger and was good for the price paid which was very fair. Several pool tables, pull tabs, and loved the atmosphere just could have been more inviting and welcoming. This is a smoking bar.

Decent local bar & eatery. Definitely a blast from the past with the indoor smoking and the patrons really take advantage if that! I ordered the Hub Burger and Pizza Bites. Pizza Bites were good but the Hub Burger is supposed to be a 1/2 pound burger but as you can see from the pic, definitely not, a 1/4 burger at best and a little more ‘well’ done than I’d prefer.

3-2023, working owner is awesome! Real good to see the same faces behind the bar. Service and food tend to run to the good side. Pleasant atmosphere and usually good parking. Extra parking in the rear .prices are moderate and selections are good !

Got a lightning storm on the lake today and went to Wagon Wheel Tavern. It was delicious, hubby and I split a cheeseburger and a tenderloin sandwich. Sooo Good. Will definitely go back again.

I have always been a big fan of the Wagon Wheel and they came highly recommended as bartending services for weddings – which I was stoked about. I received the phone number for the one who runs the catering for the bar after dining in one weekend. It was hard to get ahold of her about inquiring about services. Then when I finally got a response back, I asked for a quote and told her either way we would like to book with them. I never heard back. She does have her reads on, so I saw she has read every text I have sent. I tried to be nice and understanding with her delays but still got ghosted. Disappointed and ended up booking with a different bar service.

The burger was not fully cooked.
I told them to make sure it was cooked well because I was in there before and the burger was half cooked. Of course, it wasn’t cooked enough again.
Everything else was great.

Great atmosphere, super friendly, huge portions of food that is comparatively cheap. Love the L shaped pool table (right angle table). Juke box with online music options. Highly recommended 😉
