I order a milkshake. I got jus whipped cream. They didn’t want to commandant and add ice cream. Told me I get what I get when the ice cream comes out. Smh the younger generation running the shifts isn’t going to work.

A little different now that they’ve switched to autonomous touch screen ordering and a slightly slimmed down menu, but still tasty! They seem to have streamlined the menu (no more mushrooms or Swiss cheese) but kept a lot of the favorites. They still have single or double steak burgers with toppings like American cheese, grilled onions, lettuce, tomato, and pickle. They also had the special garlic steak burger which was delicious.

They never get the order right anymore. Last two or three times I went there and ordered a burger with no cheese. Each time they still gave me one with that nasty American (fake) cheese. I think they just didn’t want to have to make one fresh, and pulled something pre-made off the heat lamp area.

NEGATIVE 5 STARS… This has to be the worst business including retail store’s I have ever been to. All the one star reviews are correct but don’t go far enough. This Stake and Shake is so bad from wait times, service, food quality, cleanliness, to all staff top to bottom. You are warned not to visit or eat at this location on 441 (SR-7). I am appalled at the state the manager allows the dinning area to be. The restaurant is a mess with stacked dirty dishes on several table’s waste and food all over the floor…just shocking! Wait time for drive through have gone up to 40 min in which we were still behind people waiting to order we finally exited the line and went a different restaurant This is not uncommon for this location. Floors are greasy just like the food. Things are so bad here the owners cannot be in the dark. The owner have no business being in the restaurant industry. Health inspectors from the city need to visit this location. Just shocking.

I ordered 2 sandwiches without the bun. I like steak and shake for this. I can get the sandwich without the bun for gluten issues. The kiosk is a good feature. It reduces covid exposure and allows me to customize. I am just now reheating one so I did not picture. In general the steak and shake burgers are better than most fast food joints. I also like the onion rings pictured. They are larger and have more union. The 50’s look is also nice on the walls. But overall good. Steak and Shake should have a higher rating

Everytime this shift at night with young adults on the shift it’s always a problem. Today was my last straw. Never coming again they play with my food everytime I order two cheese sauce in got this. Not even filled or even half way. Why we not serving food with integrity
