The service was pretty good, the space is very small so not great for large groups. We ordered a fried dough app and the dough was raw. Then I got the backboard breakfast, my pancake was raw and so was the sausage. I wont be going back.

Great breakfast place with very traditional feel. Food was super good. Loved the home fries, which were very crispy. Delicious sausages too. Service was excellent – friendly and attentive, and kept our coffees filled! The decor was also impressive. We’ll be back.

The food was great and the service was excellent. The two waiters working Sunday morning were absolute OGs—professional, fast, and super attentive despite how busy it was.
That said, whoever scheduled only two servers for a packed Sunday morning really did them dirty. More people kept coming in, and they didn’t have extra hands to clear tables quickly, which wasn’t their fault at all.
We made sure to tip them well because they truly earned it. Overall, great diner with amazing staff—just needs better staffing on peak days.

Always my favorite place to eat! Ilene is the most friendly server AND feels like I’m visiting my own mother at home every time!!!!! I love the poached eggs, sausage, the French toast, and HOMEfries! Coffee is also the best in town!!!

I had eaten an early breakfast so this at 11 this was a second breakfast Opted for the egg sandwich with Canadian bacon. It was good not great as I like a little egg yolk to run but ok it was fine. Buddy got eggs benedict and 2 humongous pancakes 1 of which I ate. She said it was great. All good. Atmosphere was friendly and warm befitting a smaller restaurant Service was great. Parking was easy as it’s a big lot.

If you’re looking for a new breakfast spot, definitely try out the Wagon Wheel Diner! We went for the first time this morning and they had delicious food, great service, and a nice ambiance. We tried the Rhodey Dough (perfect for a treat on a winter morning), and then the Country Breakfast. It may be a little pricier than some other breakfast places but you definitely get your money’s worth! Definitely will be back.

As one of the 3 adults that were seated in the booth in reference to the recent review, we had already been on the waiting list and had been buzzed in. It wasn’t your turn yet. If you would asked why like an adult instead of storming off, this would have been explained to you.
Food was great and so was the service. Definitely recommend!

This is one of the best New England diners I’ve ever had the fortune of living near. They are fast, friendly, no-frills, affordable and very kid-friendly. I’ve seen them seating a party of 14 in moments without any warning or call ahead. I’ve had my order reach the table before I remember to take my coat off. I’ve left behind hot coffee because my mug was refilled so quickly. I couldn’t upload a photo because I’ve always obliterated my food before I remember to share it. Wagon Wheel is basically the quintessential diner and I cannot recommend it strongly enough.

Delicious food and nice owner. Staff was efficient and nice, despite being very busy and obviously short handed. These women were working hard and it showed. We left happy and full and appreciative of the hard work of others.
