Inside of the Prudential Center can get very hectic to walk in but it’s a mall to be expected. Shopping get a little hungry; check them out!

Unfortunately they didn’t have a very common Tonkotsu Ramen which it was a huge bummer.

We had 3 different ramen’s

• Chicken Ramen wasn’t impressed by it. Flavor wasn’t anything special. A piece of breast chicken steamed. Very healthy though. Asked to add Bok Choy but manager needs to learn the difference of watercress and Bok Choy completely two different herbs. Absolutely disappointed.

• Grilled Duck Ramen was very much enjoyed by my uncle and a happy man especially because he got the leg.

• Tantanmen Beef Brisket was also enjoyed by my father. It was devoured very quickly. He enjoyed it had plenty of noodles.

Staff service was impeccable! The Colombian girl was super nice and very helpful with all of our needs!

My girlfriend and I came here for lunch on Valentine’s Day. The restaurant was pretty busy, so we had to wait a while after we were seated to get our order taken and receive water. The service was normal. Since it was busy, we were only checked on once, which was when we were ordering food and looking around. That’s understandable. The food was average. My girlfriend and I ordered only two dishes, and the bill was $50. Is not a bad choice to eat here if you are looking for some Asian food and you are at the Prudential Center.

1. They served the chocolate cake with ice cream BEFORE the entree. Ice cream melts ok? I told the server about it. She just said, I told you food comes at different time.

2. It took a lifetime to get a glass of water and a check. Tired of asking the servers multiple times for a check.

3. Just overpriced Asian-y food. Chicken from chicken ramen is dry as a jerky.

4. Recommend if you enjoy wasting your money and time

Very modern and diverse atmosphere. I can’t say I love the seating layout. But the food is fresh, delicious and perfectly seasoned. I have a salad with salmon and it was delicious. Packed with flavor!

I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Daniel Muforo, the host and general manager at Wagamama. His upbeat, positive energy is absolutely contagious — you can’t help but feel welcomed the moment you walk in. Daniel has a rare ability to make every guest feel seen and appreciated, and his enthusiasm sets the tone for the entire restaurant. It’s clear he truly enjoys what he does, and it elevates the whole dining experience. Wagamama is lucky to have him!

This place used to be the place to go back in London. It was a disappointment and made me feel like this is the Five Guys for ‘Asian food’.

Katsu curry was a 4/5 but as usual and safe as ever.
The pad Thai was a 3/5 overall.

For a chain, the wagamama concept is great but as an Asian, I felt that the performance from the perspective of the food was kind of OK but not knock your socks off. Great tea too start with and then a fairly pricey donburi. Service was good and I like the ambiance of the restaurant.
Decent choice for the Presidential Center but there are better choices nearby.

As many other reviewers have said, the food is neither great nor bad. I’m sure there are plenty of special places for this type of cuisine in the city but if you’re in this shopping mall, this is not a bad option. It doesn’t feel like you’re in a busy mall. You’re just inside a busy restaurant. The atmosphere is a decent experience. Service was friendly, too.

But here’s a funny hack to try if you’re cheekier than me. Order the minimum but accept the multiple dishes and drinks that staff invariably attempts to give you, thinking it might be your order. You didn’t really order them but if they’re offering, right? We would’ve eaten and drank like gods had we just said, yes, we “think” that is ours. It’s not like most of us can remember the names of many of the dishes and drinks on the menu. You’re welcome.

Appetizer and Main course were fantastic. Don’t bother with dessert.
Had the Japanese Nachos and Miso Black Cod. Both 5 stars. The brisket was tender and lean. Was definitely the star of the show. The miso noodles carried the cod meal, so eat that combo together.
Got the chocolate cake for dessert, it’s just a thin slice of grocery store cake, one small scoop of ice cream, drizzled in Hershey’s syrup. Bummer of a finish to an otherwise great meal.

Walking around the Prudential Center in Boston, one is always a few steps away from any number of eateries. And most are for the visitor traffic that mostly abounds. And in this milieu deciding to eat at a chain restaurant may not even be a weighing factor. In that frame of mind, I decided to try the Wagamama, and found a pleasant delight.

The place has an open but a very communal seating arrangement. Probably a smart way to manage a modicum of comfort, but also sustaining heavy traffic. The staff all the way from the usher to the servers are very polite and run the place very smoothly. I settled for a starter plate of Chili Calamari (fried squid) and pleasantly found it to be a taste above average. The spicy cilantro dip was fresh and had that spike to meet the spicy aficionados expectations. My main course was the Spicy Salmon Teriyaki with soba noodles, broccolini, and miso that made the morsels mouth watering. The server Joshua brought a very bright attitude and added to the overall experience.

If you are looking for a reasonably priced, but a very good meal with quick service in a lively ambiance, this place will not disappoint. Maybe you will share the same sense of satisfaction, with which I write this review.
