The person that gave me my food openly mocked me just because I asked for hot sauce!
I was very polite to her and rounded up my total for the charity. However, she acted like it was so difficult to put a couple of sausces in my bag when I asked for them at the window and started mouthing things under her breath about me asking for the sauce. My receipt says Erin B. But I’m not sure if thats the same person that was so unpleasant and unprofessional.Anyhow, If you hate your job that much then go find a different job and preferably not in the food industry or any sort of customer service.

My issue is with the delivery service from this store but so far contacting customer service doesnt result in any help. The doordash drivers can deliver the wrong order or take items from your order, as evident in the delivery photos that show missing items, and nothing will be done about it. Two times this week the drivers have failed to deliver my order correctly and contacting them will not help, they are unprofessional and unhelpful.

Gross. This place went downhill. Not sure what happened a year or so ago but I just stick to tacos now because they can’t mess those up. Everything else, yes. Old crusty food every time. Today I tried to branch out again and paid for it.. Cheesy fiesta potatoes are still old, shriveled, and like rocks. Nacho cheese tastes off. Beef portions are uneven and VERY skimpy. My steak taco had 3 pieces of steak one time. Burritos are messy balls instead of burrito shaped and even ingredients. Tortillas are stale and chewy. My burrito was missing ingredients.. It really feels like they’re going out of their way to make bad food at this point. Now I understand why people think Taco Bell is gross. Because this is what they’ve been getting. And this location is intentionally screwing over customers to save money so they can report to Taco Bell they’ve sold X amount of beef when it’s actually less. Yes, this repeat behavior means that it’s intentional. Taco Bell was better before they sold to franchise.

Hey Taco Bell manager, your crew needs teamwork training. I ordered loaded nachos with beef, added fries, and guacamole, but items were sometimes missing. That’s a waste of money! I paid extra, but items were missing, and fees were duplicated. Sometimes, even the sauce and forks were missing. Please pay attention to your service and ensure orders are correct. In Miami, Florida, other Taco Bells offer better service. Latin teams’ teamwork and experience are excellent.

I got a soft taco with no more than a teaspoon of meat. Normally it’s like a dime sized tube across the bottom. This time is was 90% lettuce and two chunks of beef in the WHOLE taco. I’ve never had an issue where a taco had almost no meat. That’s my lunch. I didn’t want a lettuce taco.

I used my app for the 2nd time ever, customized my order for no sour cream on my belle grande due to dietary issues, and they slopped it all over it. I paid for extra tomatoes, and by the time you scooped the sour cream off, it was just chips. The sour cream was omitted on the tacos, but not the nachos. I was not a happy camper. The tacos were so soggy, I went to pick up my taco, and the other side of the shell stuck to the paper, as you can see, it fell apart. Disappointing.

Friendly drive-thru staff, but there were issues our order (missing chipotle sauce on the chipotle ranch chicken burritos, a completely crushed taco, and poorly-wrapped items that leaked grease through the bottom of the bag). I didn’t open the order until I arrived at home, or else I would have gone inside to address the issues/ask for items to be corrected.
