It’s a mix of self-service and dine-in vibes, and they offer three kinds of seating i.e. cozy indoor seating by the fireplace, outdoor seating in the sun, and a peaceful garden seating area. We tried the blueberry lavender waffles and the apple cobbler — both were AMAZING. The blueberry dish had a corn-waffle base that really elevated the flavors, and the apple cobbler is seasonal and an absolute must-try. The puff-pastry waffle base was incredible.
Also, don’t miss their Mocha Mexicana — highly recommended.

Friendly staff and got us taken care of fast. Gluten free options for the waffles was a plus due to having an allergy.

No wait, amazing waffles, and seating was easy? This place was amazing and we had no comments. We got the peach waffle and the puff pastry waffle was something I never even knew existed but now I want to eat it every day! The savory waffle with sausage or something was also good but I forgot the name. Don’t skip out! This place is everything!!

The waffles here are truly exceptional, made with top-notch ingredients. I particularly enjoy the blue corn waffle, which I frequently order. Interestingly, their fried chicken is one of my favorite dishes. The seating is limited, and the lines can be long, so be prepared for a wait, but it’s definitely worth it.

I used to love coming here when it was Tia Bs. I asked for over easy eggs and borderline raw eggs. Yolk was uncooked and I had hair on my gravy.

The Waffleria was suggested by a friend and was well worth the 30 minute drive from where I was staying. We got one sweet waffle, one savory waffle, a scramble, and a side of sausage for the table. Everything was delicious.
The sausage was generous and juicy. The peach cobbler pastry waffle was light, flaky, and flavorful –not just sweet. The scramble (Madrid) was savory and filling.
The wait can be a bit long, but the food was worth it and the tables scattered about the property and absolute delight in good weather.

Fantastic waffles and fabulous drinks! This is rapidly becoming our favorite breakfast spot in the campus area. The goat cheese and cherry waffles are amazing, but I’ve never had a “bad” waffle here. We love that they have so many gluten free options. It’s a bit small, but they have two patios and fantastic customer service.

Servers asked for a tip before we’d even been served or eaten our food. This defeats the purpose of a tip. I happily tip generously, but not before we’ve even been served food and interacted with the waiter. For two very small breakfasts (one waffle with strawberries and one sausage + eggs + maybe hash browns, can’t remember), we were charged $38+. We had to fetch our own condiments and napkins ourselves. All the servers did was take our order at the front and then bring it out after a nearly 30 minute wait! None of the servers were particularly friendly, a few were even gruff/short, I guess because the place was overflowing and they had a lot on their hands. The food itself was alright, but not worth nearly $40.

Second time coming and I enjoyed both visits. I had the puff pastry peaches and cream waffles with a side of chicken, and it was exactly what I needed. So yummy came out fresh and hot. My husband got the waffle and chicken, and it was really good as well. The chicken was a little salty that day, but we really didn’t mind since it paired well with my sweet waffle. The only real problem I had was how pricey it came out but thats okay. I definitely will be coming again!
