If I could give one star, I would The waffle House In Fayetteville would not make my food that I ordered online until I showed up actually 20 minutes after I showed up and then they made everything wrong. They put jalapeños in my hashbrowns. I never got my Coke that I ordered and the cook called the police because I told her she was not doing her job, right if someone orders their food online, they should not have to wait until everybody in the entire restaurant that is sitting down gets their food. I have already paid and tipped
Why do I have to wait to get my food made? It was the big Hispanic lady cooking and she called the cops on me after I simply asked her why my food was taking more than an hour to be made !!! Imagine being a customer and having the cops caught on you all because the cook is taking more than an hour to make your food that you ordered online

I came into Waffle House Just to order Some hash browns With bacon, Onions, And mushrooms With a slicer toast. My order came out to be 14.11. It was overpriced. When I looked at the menu, They had whole meals Under that price. I asked for a receipt And on the receipt. It states To go all the check Service charge To go order fee, Other charge, And tax. What does all these fees and other charge?

I would never Eat at Waffle House again, And I will surely. Recommend. My company Not Promote Or use Waffle House for any of Events.

While having breakfast after a new guy messed our order up. That was excused. I was rushed to pay for our meals before I could finish eating them due to a shift change. So he could close out his drawer. No problem. I understand. Then he cleared or table and I began going over proposals and estimates with my coffee. And the server who came in suits approached us and asked if we were going to eat. I informed her, Tanya was her name, that we just finished eating. Mind you there was one other customer in the place at thus point. She informed me that I could not sit and read my paper work and would have to leave. Insulted I agreed to go. Sent my girl to the car and began to gather my things. Tried to finish reading the estimate I was on when asked to leave. Tanya approached me again and told me if I didn’t leave she would call the police. Now I have been a regular at this location, N. Beach ,Ft. Worth ,Tx. As well as the location at Hwy 26 in N.Richland hills. The one on Bedford Rd in Bedford, tx. Also Esters Rd. In Irving , Tx. , Randol mill rd in east ft. Worth. FOR OVER 25 YRS.
And never was treated so disrespectfully. This all happened at the location on N
Beach And Hwy 820 in N. FT. WORTH.

Kudos to the manager and staff at #771 in Athens, GA. We visited on 12/31/25 and had a very nice experience. The restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and efficient. Karina was our server and was great. Several of the staff we encountered were very friendly. The manager was right there on the line working and I’ve never seen such a well run restaurant. There were plenty of customers there and I was surprised just how fast we were served. So very well run! Thank you for a great experience manager and staff!

I placed a to-go order through the Waffle House online app, excited to enjoy a meal that I had been looking forward to for myself and my children who were traveling from Louisiana to Maryland via car and your Glen Allen, VA store #1209 was one of the few food stops off the highway during that hour. However, upon my arrival at the restaurant, I was disappointed to find that the doors were locked. I noticed that the shift manager, Wayne, was present inside with one cook but did not open the door for me or any other customers who had arrived. I waited outside and watched several other customers pull up and wait outside the door and near the to-go order window but Wayne simply ignored everyone waiting for orders and to place an order. Several customers knocked on the to-go window and Wayne never even turned to acknowledge any of the customers waiting, although the signs above both to-go windows also showed as “Come Inside”. After waiting approximately twenty minutes after my order was due to be ready. Once of the customers already seated inside from a small group of about seven proceeded to exit the restaurant and realize that no only were we locked out but they were locked in. The gentleman finally unlocked the door and several of the customers still waiting outside to place and pick up order proceeded inside of the restaurant but was greeted by shift manager Wayne stating, “How did y’all get inside”? Several of the customers explain that a customer inside opened the door but we were all waiting outside to pick up or place orders. Wayne explained that he had a party of seven that came in (even though all other tables were empty) and he could only deal with those orders so he locked the doors to the restaurant and we all needed to leave.

I further explained to shift manager Wayne that my order had been paid for and place over 40 minutes prior and that my pick up time was 30 minutes ago. He continued to tell me that I needed to leave so he could lock the door back because the restaurant couldn’t accommodate my order. My order was 3 orders of double waffles only. I continued to ask Wayne if he could tell me how long it would be before the cook could get to my order because we were traveling and my children were waiting to eat. He explain that he couldn’t give me a time frame and had no idea when the cook would be able to get to my order. Wayne stated that a guesstimate would be another 45 minutes but he couldn’t guarantee that time either since he had seven people in the restaurant that he was already trying to serve.

I then requested a refund and my family could continue to drive to find another restaurant. Wayne stated that he could not provide me with a refund and that I would need to wait for the store manager to get in which wouldn’t be until several hours from then but Wayne suggested that my children and I could wait in the parking lot for several hours for the store manager to arrive.

I proceeded back to my car and Wayne immediately locked the door to the restaurant again behind me leaving several new customers that had recently pulled up outside.

This situation was particularly frustrating as I had already placed my order and expected to be able to pick it up as scheduled. I understand that there may be operational procedures in place, but it felt very disheartening to be left outside without any explanation or assistance and that a shift manager would take it upon himself to close the restaurant during working hours. As a loyal customer of Waffle House whenever our family travels it’s our favorite place to stop, I believe that communication and service are key components of a positive experience, and this incident did not reflect that.

Need to instruct the servers to explain the difference between a two egg breakfast and an all star special when ordering. Wasnt going to let me have a waffle just because i said two egg breakfast instead of all star special. Even though the word waffle. Is in the same description. I had to get a little upset before the mgr said they could upgrade the order. Yes i did get my waffle. Never had this problem before until today.

I was a regular at this location, 5055 E McKellips Rd, Mesa, AZ 85215. Today changed that, after seating ourselves at the bar, we were ignored for over 20 mins and not offered service, even after engaging with the staff in casual conversation once we sat down, we only left when another group walked into the resturant and sat next to us at the bar and offerd service immediately. I have no Idea why this happened but I hope it has nothing to do with me being the only person of color at the counter at that time, the optics aren’t great for Waffle House. I would like to disscuss this with someone from corprate if possiable, to see what broke down in this process so you dont lose addition customers in the future. Please provide me a contact number.

The place was filthy. I have pictures. After ordering I noticed the filthiness. This was in Hardeeville, South Carolina. The doors on the metal cabinets were horrible, caked with food and fingerprints. Once I noticed this I could not eat the food. We got it to go and left. I wouldn’t have paid for the meal but hubby insisted on paying.
