Went one morning when I felt horrible and wasn’t going to cook. Service was excellent and good was delicious. My kids were so happy it was a low stress outing. Coffee 3 milk chocolates 3 waffles and a steak breakfast bowl for $30! Not bad for 4 people.

We just popped by for a quick coffee and waffle.Location is nice.Atmosphere was not bad but as soon as I entered in to the shop it was to Smokey and smelly.It wasn’t hygienic as there was loads of waffle crumbles on the floor and looked dirty and a bit disappointing and disgusting.

Stopped here otw to florida from arizona and damn that was some of the fastest service I’ve gotten in a restaurant. Food was out within 5-7 mins after ordering. Quick, EZ, cheap, and hella tasty. What more can you ask for?

This location is probably the best Waffle House in Beaumont, to Winnie. The restaurant is very clean, the staff are so nice, and they are FAST. I brought my kids who are picky eaters, the waitress was so nice and accommodated my requests for them. We were also in a time crunch but to my surprise the entire time from when we walked in, took about 30 mins! Do not skip this location!

Deserves zero stars because place was awful. Every table was dirty with either food crumbs on them or plates with leftover food still on top of them. The only Server there was on her phone when we walked in. One of the Seats was sticky when we sat on it and we moved to the only table clean enough to sit. The place was empty yet None of the tables were clean with exception of that one.
