We used to really like coming to this sonic location but the last several times we’ve come here there’s been at least a 20 minute wait even when we order ahead in the app. Our drinks are always too full and spill onto the lids as soon as we get them and gets our car messy. They forget our sauces half the time too. I prefer the krebs location.

I like this sonic, the food is good and for the most part we like it. However we spend at least 50 bucks every time we go there the least you could do is let your customers use the bathroom. I understand that there are a lot of homeless people around that area and people that don’t belong. They’re using the restroom, but if people are at the stalls ordering food, you should let them into the restroom to use it and if they mess it up a little bit well guess what have one of your employees take turns cleaning the restroom it’s part of owning a business that’s open to the public do better sonic and let people move their bowels in your restroom. And make sure and keep soap and water stocked please next time I go I expect to see an open restroom or I will start going to Brahms from now on.

I can not say this enough. I am sick and tired of ordering from McAlester sonic, pay extra money for upsized drinks, just for them to continue to send mediums. This is the final straw. The 4th time. This time was easy! You are known for your ultimate drink stop, so I order only drinks!!! 5 to be exact! NOT ONE, NOT A SINGLE ONE was bigger than a medium. I ordered 3 Route 44 and 2 Larges. How can you have 1 job and not even get that right. This is ridiculous.

The worst money I every spent ordered a ultimate meat burrito. It had two tiny sausage pieces 3 tiny pieces of bacon. It was nothing but tater tots and eggs. I haven’t been there in years and this just reminded why. What is going on with our food industry that it has no class anymore . Please save your money and dont go .

Asked for a CHERRY limeade with EXTRA CHERRY, GOT LITTLE TO NO CHERRY and extra lime. Asked for a double CHEESE burger plain (which generally constitutes only meat and CHEESE) and got only bread and meat. Asked for a LARGE order of onion ring AND GOT A SMALL. This has been the exact kind of experience I get 3 out of 5 times that i go here which is why i rarely do. If I could give less than 1 star on everything, i would. Do better.

I’ve tried eating here a handful of times, and they continue to disappoint. They have forgotten to put bacon on a bacon cheeseburger, they’ve served me scrambled eggs that were grey and had a bad smell about them, they’ve left out items in my orders before, and they’ve charged me for the wrong item which made my order more expensive. I will just use the location in Krebs as they don’t make these kinds of mistakes. I mean, heaven forbid I get some chili and cheese with my chili cheese dog…
