The place was not busy at all when we went. The service is efficient and our server was friendly. The food was GREAT as well. In addition, this location was super clean!

First of all we were a party of 7 could not sit together we had to use 3 different tables. Second of all no one welcomed us and didn’t get started till like 5 minutes in. Waitress could not keep up with our food plus any other tables. We did not get all our food together. My sisters sausages came after she ate her food plus our waffles. They wanted to give her a burned waffle so I think that’s why they took long. Food was good but over priced should have gone to dennys or I hop. Thought they served chicken and waffles but guess they took off menu??? We heard one of the guy waiter apologize to his customers but our waitress never apologized for the inconvenience. 100$ for 7 breakfast meals is outrageous especially if waitress was late to bring the rest of the order. Horrible service never again!!!

Came in extremely disappointed. First-ever Waffle House visit and it was calm, quiet, and honestly giving IHOP energy. I thought the internet had lied to me.
Then the universe corrected itself.
Two women started arguing over a man who looks like he calls everyone “ma” and still owes child support in two counties. Voices escalated, a chair moved three inches (threateningly), and someone yelled “THIS IS WHY” with zero explanation. The cook never stopped flipping hash browns. A customer ordered a waffle mid-argument.
Someone filmed vertically. Someone else cheered. Syrup was refilled.
I finally understood the brand.
Five stars. Breakfast and immersive theater. Will be returning!

Came to this waffle house because kiddos wanted to try this place out. Upon arrival we were happily greeted by the ladies working there! Our waitress took our order. A couple of minutes later our food came out. Taste was superb! I recommend this place for late night breakfast and prices are decent!

I was very exited because they have several locations but this place was a really let down. When you go in you have to sit down until somebody makes eye contact with you not to mention that nobody does so it was our first time here didn’t know what to do. After waiting a long time I tried sitting down and a waitress that was cleaning the table told me to go back and wait. I was then seated where I was trying to sit at first. They have basic drinks like coffee, orange juice and soda that by the way their soda machine was not working. When I finally received my food I was missing sausages the couple that came in after me received my order and I had to wait. The meat that I received looked like they scrape it from the pan and that’s what was served. When using there restroom the toilet was a mess looked like a man had gone in there and splash all over but when cleaning it and sitting down there was a leak hitting my behind on the roof it was disgusting. Prices were decent but there’s not alot to choose from. Sorry but not coming back

This has been my favorite location for well over a decade now. My food is always perfect! Norris and Evelyn have been serving my husband and I in those years. They always give excellent service and quality of food. I come back because of them. I’m afraid to go anywhere else because they now have us spoiled. Glad to see them still there.

Wow! Did I walk into a waffle house, or did I walk into heaven? Upon walking in I was greeted with such warmness from Kay our Waitress. She was the most attentive and outgoing person I have ever met in my 65 years of living. She gave me a hat, and told me that I’m pretty. I will never forget my experience at the waffle house, on Fairmont parkway. If she was single I’d marry her yesterday. Please be mine Kay, because every kiss begins with Kay.

Why is it the same girl i see every time doing things while other people are doing nothing? This morning I came in to eat, and my server, Matty, was running around busy, cleaning, clearly stressed out, and the other servers are doing nothing but on their phones? I hope she gets the praise that she deserves, because the only thing I could give was a big tip. DO BETTER MANAGEMENT!!
