Ordered through the drive thru and they were out of apple juice and apple sauce which was fine because they gave us oj and has browns. We get to the window and pay and they got our order wrong so after paying and leaving the window I park and go in to have what was wrong fixed and they still got it wrong and also forgot two large hash browns. When fast food is as expensive as it has gotten I would hope that the accuracy, temperature of food, and the flavor would be better.

Coming here cost as much as a mom and pop sit down full breakfast. Coffee was good. The sausage is dogfood. The regular biscuits good. The maple is a ripoff. Pic included. Nuked to a tinny rock, garbage.

I like Hardee’s food. I used to go here for a breakfast sandwich once or twice a week. BUT… They are ROUTINELY OVERCHARGING for the food at the drive thru. The prices on the menu board outside is not what they are charging and then they are also charging a tax on food to go which they are not allowed to do in OHIO. They can charge for soda, but not for food. I would only ever order a sandwich but was being charged 10% more than the price on the sign which was $4.09. I contacted the parent company to complain about it. They asked for info from the receipt which I provided. Some days passed and then they asked for a photo of the receipt which I had thrown away by then. I went back a couple weeks later and when I was overcharged again, I asked the person at the window why the price was higher and he sort of panicked and just gave me $1 change for a $5 and said not to worry about it. I waited a month or two and went back. This time I was not given a total at the speaker and when I got to the window I was told $4.50 for a sandwich on the board that is marked $4.09. I paid in cash and was handed the bag. After I drove away I saw there was no receipt in the bag. Clearly the company is OK with CHEATING their customers. I am not going back.

I was totally amazed by the food.
The woman who took my order at the drive through had a accent.
She corrected my order at the window. She gave me part of my order. Had me pull up. She brought it out and, asked me if it was to my expectation. I told her it was hot and ,great.
