One of the lowest-rated restaurants around, and after my experience today, I understand why. NEGATIVE -⭐️‼️
Around 12:00 PM our party of 7 arrived 4 of us were just seated while my husband was standing nearby waiting to be seated on the booth opening next to us and my sister was parking and getting ready to walk inthe car to be seated at this point point here were only two tables open at the time.
Instead of allowing my husband to sit at the booth next to us while we waited for the rest of our group to walk in, the hostess seated another group of three who arrived after him purposefully on that table. When I asked why, she rudely said she was not supposed to seat one person at a booth, even after I explained that the rest of our party was literally parking and about to walk in.
The situation felt chaotic and poorly managed. Another worker mentioned she had only been working there for two days, but the lack of professionalism and the rude attitude were unacceptable.
Because of how uncomfortable the situation became, we decided to leave. I still paid for the coffees I ordered even though we didn’t even get the chance to drink them, and I still tipped the server who was helping us because the issue was not her fault.
Very disappointing customer service impolite, unprofessional and untrained.

Save your money and time and go somewhere else. Well, unfortunately I cannot leave a good review for this place. I left before even being seated. The young guy in the photo is the clip board holder for names to be seated. I requested seating for 2. There were 3 booths empty on the right side.No one else is waiting to be seated. 10 min later he started to clean one of the tables and moved so slow and took so long that he still wasn’t done cleaning just the surface. No offense here but he seemed like a human sloth. We could have been seated at one of the clean tables but we weren’t. Not sure what’s happening here.
This place is small like all waffles houses. It was hot in there. I can’t tell you how the food was because I left.
Oddly enough, no one was managing the clip board holder and his snail pace work ethic. I would not recommend this waffle house even if the food is good. It was very poor service from the door.

Worst service ever, especially from the girl who was seating people around 12 PM today. She was skinny, medium height, with very thin eyebrows that looked like a black line.
She was unprofessional, impolite, and did not handle the situation properly. The whole seating experience was frustrating. This was my first time visiting, and unfortunately it will also be my last.
I hope corporate sees this review and understands why the rating is so low.

Ms.Nicole the district manager at this location is doing her part making sure the customers are leaving full and happy. She was just wonderful and I appreciate the time she took to check on us and her going out of her way to make sure our visit was great. They are super busy on the weekends but they are working their butt off to get the orders out hot and made to order. Thank you management and staff our breakfast this morning was delicious.

Worst Waffle House I’ve ever been to. Horrible service, food took forever, and the employees were arguing about who was going to serve me and my GF because they didn’t want to do it during shift changeover. The employees seriously need to be retrained because they have little to no customer service skills. The uncleanliness is crazy, tables weren’t wiped off for a good 20 minutes after customers had left and employees would just ignore the mess. A lot of confusion in the kitchen with the kitchen staff. I honestly wouldn’t even leave one star, but this platform forces me to leave one as a minimum. I get better customer service from my GFs frenchie.

Decided to order breakfast this morning and wanted Waffle House because they actually cook the food. $20.00 for the food $2-3 tip. The eggs were cold and had shells in my first bite and I ordered within 7 minutes of arriving. The grits were old and thick slightly heated with a little piece of cheese in it not melted because they weren’t fresh enough. The chicken sausage was okay and the raisin bread didn’t taste toasted just cut.
I never leave reviews but $23 for egg shells and thick old grits is not okay. The woman that bagged my food seemed nice though.

We were in the area getting my car fixed and needed something quick to eat, you know we all love Waffle House so we hot an uber and headed there. It was really clean and the staff was pleasant but let me tell you this is the best Waffle House food I have had. The food was so good it tasted like Sunday morning breakfast at Grandma house.
