Worst experience, server Clifford at this location from the beginning had an attitude until it pissed me off. My son is autistic and still had control over himself when we go places sits and don’t go around destroying anything. Food tasted bad from the beginning my son didn’t even like it. Manager did came and talked to us. If you as a server can’t handle pressure when busy don’t take it out on people. Get a different job!

The staff were very friendly and answered all our first-timer questions we had. The food and service experience was so good that we went to the chain several times later on our vacation. I had the All-Star Special and every component in the menu was perfect. I appreciate that the meal was simple but that it was executed with perfection. I got a bit tired of other food chains boasting with their verity without mastering the meals.

Online ordering was fine. Food was not. I’ve never had this issue with waffle House. But my toast, bacon, and hash browns were burnt. If I could get my tip back I would. And real people don’t even answer the phone anymore.

The All-Star Special really hit the spot tonight. My server Adam had a great attitude, the food was ready quickly, and they were gracious to let me linger a bit longer while waiting for a ride. No complaints and a great experience overall.

I knocked a point only because my sandwich was wrong, but the rest of the order and service was great. They were extremely busy, so I will hope it was a one off. I was driving on a roadtrip before i noticed it was wrong sandwich. So, gentle reminder to check before leaving next time.

I am SYRACUSE and Waffle House 211 in Euless Tx my home store since 1996…over the years there has been many many many Great People working here…..the sign is for PIE…I love Waffle House Pies….on duty today is Unit Mgr Jacob…Slim who has been serving me for a decade…and SVP BRUCE….and a girl from Florida by the name of Nisey has joined this staff and has been quite an addition….along with several other “newbies” rounding out today’s staff..I LOVE WAFFLE HOUSE ❤️
