We had great food and great service at this waffle House location. our table is clean and the staff was on point with getting our food out in a timely manner and checking up on us as we needed things before we had to ask which I loved. The parking lot was fairly empty and it made for close parking to the door

Went there for supper with my hubby. Everything was so good. We had a great waiter, great customer service and our food was delicious. Coffee was fresh. Did not have to wait long at all. Nothing to complain about.

Stopped here on the night of Sept. 25th coming from Dallas on the way down to Houston. It wasn’t that busy but we were immediately greeted and constantly attended to us. My apologies for not remembering the young guy who waited on us, but he was upbeat, personable and attentive – I’m sure anyone who works there knows who he is – if I can find my receipt, I’ll return to update this. We always enjoy Waffle House, but he made the experience better than usual. And, of course, the food was hot and good. We’ll definitely stop by this location again the next time we pass that way. The cook was on point with his timing of all food being done just as the waffle timer went off. A little heavy on the salt in the grits but i was still great. The waitress was nice and on top of things!

I’ve been eating @ this Waffle House for years & can’t say anything negative. The staff is always courteous & friendly . Orders are served quickly, and the waitresses check if you need anything. Recommend!

Never waited at a Waffle House as long to be greeted than today. No initial trademark “Welcome to Waffle House” when we arrived. Sat ourselves, waited for our waitress who eventually sauntered over and didn’t bother saying hello or anything before she wanted our orders which she didn’t even get right. No jelly or syrup on the table so we had to ask for that as well. Waitress and cook seemed to disagree on some aspect of our order and both looked our table’s way while discussing. Restaurant cleanliness was also questionable. Won’t be back to this location. Absolutely shameful.

Walked in and sat down, only one other couple was in the restaurant. Took TEN mins for the waitress to even come to our table. Then when we got our food, it was wrong. Told the waitress we had also ordered extra bacon, and she just stared at us. Then slid my receipt across the counter and said “well, I didn’t hear you and I didn’t charge you for it.” And walked off! Horrible customer service… never even got a refill!

It was fantastic, I want to brag about the waitress. No I did not get her name but she was short, had short curled under straight hair very pretty beautiful smile. She served the last table at the restroom entrance, I thought at first she was being sarcastic because she asked my husband ” How was your day and his response was i already know what I want” she said oh thats how your days been going!
She was awesome from there.
She impress me the most when she layed the ticket down and said this doesn’t mean you have to be in a hurry to her.
Food was great as well but fix the the floor i triped and almost fell.

Horrible service. Waitress was Brianna, she was not attentive at all. As she was taking our order, she started yelling to another customer who came in. Just blew us off… I asked for onions, she proceeded to yell to cook lady if there was onions in the chili, I told her that I wanted a side of onions, even if there was onions in the chili. She brought me the wrong salad and when I pointed it out to her, she was lost and confused. She took it back and gave it to another man free. She was on her phone texting when my husband and I waited for refills on drinks. Brought our ticket way too early. No refills. Bad attitude towards us. At end I had to wait for ever for her to ring us up, even though she was standing right there. No thank you for our patronage. Horrible. No apologies at all. Worse service ever!!!

Coffee & soda were both watered down tasting. This is the only waffle house I have ever been too that did not offer military & veteran appreciation. They did get our order correct & the food tasted great.
