I had the worse experience here. Whoever was cooking this omelet at 9:55pm on Feb 10th, she got annoyed because she roasted the omelet and added about a cup of oil. When I sent it back I got an undercooked omelet. I visited this place earlier and I had an amazing omelet that’s why I revisited but that lady who cooked the omelet ruined my meal. She was loudly sighing and making faces. It is a food business and she shouldn’t work long shifts if she can’t cook edible food considering it’s a food business.

I dont like calling people out but man yall dont come here if destiny is waiting on you. This is the 3rd time we have been with her an the ppl they have with her an its been some kinda issue… I will say one time was very good an she was on point with everything but after tonight and it being the 2/3 times I gotta put it out there. Always get the same exact thing but this time we get one meal out first then gotta wait on our second one for 15-20 mins an the second meal comes out wrong with chicken we didnt order. The grits come out as the other half is being remade but they are cold… the other half comes out 10 mins later but by this time we had never got any drinks refilled or even checked on a gentleman behind us gets his order messed up as well an after a while has to get up walk across the place an ask her for a refill on his drink she get it from him walks past us an looks at our glasses an kept walking…. 5 mins later…still no drinks or even a offer. We get a Togo box for my gf food which is cold an still messed up again an asked for a pibb to go as we leave she realized not even that is right…its coke… all of this to say that if an when we ever go back to this location if we see that its her or any of that crew we will walk back out an go somewhere els. We are very big waffle house people but for this kinda service I will never feel bad for not tipping or even for saying it how it is with our over all multiple experiences with these group of people. We will just go out of our way to another location. Having spent several years in customer service an still in it to this day I understand some people have their good an bad days but this isn’t an can not be used as a excuse in their cases an should be seen as a over all expectation for anyone that has to deal with destiny or anyone els on the night crew there.

My experience is always wonderful. I come like 1 per week. They always make me feel at home. That’s why I always come back. I did write a review to corporate about these amazing people. The whole restaurant is so professional. The energy is wonderful. I left corporate my number to TEXT me . I hope to have a formal meeting with some part of regional or corporate management. If it is at a steak house , I’ll pay.

Came in around 2:45pm today 12/21/2025. It was horrible. There was one waitress and she was so mean and nasty. The first thing she does when we walk in the door is she is talking crap about her co-workers from earlier in the day saying how she’s the only one who was working and they kept leaving her alone with 8 tables. To customers. She then ignores all the customers and is just walking around not doing anything. She finally comes to our table to take our order. But gets called back to another table she’s been ignoring. She finally takes our order and doesn’t appear to be paying attention. She made sure to tell the table next to us and us that she will get us drinks and put in our orders when she gets time. Despite the fact that she kept walking around doing nothing. She did not get us straws or refill our drinks not one time. She then proceeded to particularly keep picking on the cook Jackie. She would call an order out wrong and then when the order came out wrong, she would yell and be belligerent to the cook in front of customers, then yell at the cook to fix the order, blaming her for what was clearly her mistake. We all heard. Several times. She even did this with our order. Calls it out wrong. When I hand back my order and tell her what’s wrong, she snaps, “Well if she would just do what I told her to do” yelling. Then proceeds to turn around and begin yelling at the cook how she got the order wrong, when even I heard her call it out wrong. The cook tried to speak in low tones defending herself (trying to be professional) but the nasty waitress kept yelling super loud and being incredibly condescending to the cook. The waitress’s unprofessional behavior made everyone in the restaurant incredibly uncomfortable. One table even got up and walked out because she kept ignoring them and getting their orders wrong. Some manager looking dude named Chris came in and she immediately started lying about what had happened. I left a tip because I’m cool like that but honestly I wish I could have just left a tip for the cook Jackie. She handled herself very well and very professionally in a situation where any normal cook would have really went at that short, rotund, condescending waitress or quit on the spot. You a real one Jackie!

Terrible experience at this location. I was charged nearly twice the expected price for my order. I ordered 4 grilled cheese sandwiches with eggs and was charged $6.25 each, even though a regular grilled cheese is listed at $3.15.

When I questioned the price, the person taking my order seemed completely confused and didn’t know how to enter it properly in the system. He just kept repeating that it would be $6.25 per sandwich, without any explanation. Very disappointing service and poor staff training.

On 1/27 during the 8:00 p.m. shift, my experience was extremely disappointing. My food was prepared incorrectly, and despite explaining my concern, the service staff showed no empathy. There was cheese in my eggs that I did not request, which could have been a serious safety issue. I had to drive an additional 10 minutes back to the restaurant to have my order corrected, and even then, no apology was offered. The cook also appeared indifferent to the situation. Overall, this was handled very poorly and should not happen to any customer.

Very different, I’d say opposite of our first experience in this place back in Christmas day, we went at 1:30pm our waiter was not friendly at all we’d notice she had a negative attitude especially when I ordered my meat medium rare !!! She was making comments about it with the crew ….One of the guys in the kitchen just put his hand into his mouth cleaning his teeth….and kept working like nothing, my eggs had a hair, no one was waring hairnets the majority of them was wearing visors just a couple were wearing hats…..it was very disturbing it was very hard not to talk to the manager about that but in reality we didn’t see anyone approachable and we didn’t want to have a probably worse experience than we already had, sadly we won’t be going back.

Hadn’t been to a Waffle House in a very long time. It was just as good as I remembered. Brought back many memories of late night meals in Gainesville, FL while I was at the University of Florida back in the day. Great food and the staff was very friendly. I will miss this when I leave again for SE Asia.
