Genuinely mind blowing how awfully this location is run. They close randomly hours before they are supposed to, and if you’re able to catch them when they’re open, expect to wait in the drive thru line forever. They always forget items in orders — don’t bother ordering delivery because you won’t get what you ordered. It’s been like this for years now. The food is good when you actually get it but the staffing is just so monumentally awful.

I went to the drive through at the Boston street. Lynn mass drive-thru asked for 12 supreme tacos. Got home and had only lettuce, and all of them brought it back to the store and ask the manager. If they could please fix it. Looked at me like didn’t care what I said. Got back to my house with the new tacos. And the same exact thing, this is the worst. Taco Bell, I’ve been in my entire life.

Staff had the door opened at 9:40pm, well before the dine-in closing, yet refused to take my order. All chairs were already up, and they told me to go through the drive through. This has happened on several occasions.

I’m not sure what’s up with this Taco Bell but the district manager and store manager need to do better and work more close together and collaborate more with their corporation. This location is always either closed, not taking cards, or cash, only doing deliveries during business hours etc etc it’s always a problem and at this point it’s not even a hit or a Miss every time you go there’s a problem with something not to mention staff is so rude and when you actually do get the service the foods either wrong or old/steal
