Best Taco Bell in the Boston area!! The food is always hot and service is quick. My cheesy Gordita crunch was cooked to perfection with the perfect balance of crunch and Gordita cheesy! On a real note, the Baja blast freeze came out a little too icy with not enough of the flavor, so we went back inside and the guy gave us a new one for free!!! 10/10 highly recommend!!

Absolutely terrible experience. I ordered online specifically to avoid problems, yet somehow Taco Bell still managed to mess it up completely. I get to the drive-thru, grab the bag, and of course it’s the wrong order. Missing items, extra stuff I didn’t order, and not even close to what I paid for.
I drove all the way back around (30 min drive) and went inside to fix it, and instead of apologizing, the staff acted like I was the inconvenience. No accountability, no customer service, just rude attitudes and eye-rolling. I wasn’t asking for free food, just the order I already paid for.
Online ordering is pointless if you don’t check accuracy, and being mean on top of it is unacceptable. This location clearly doesn’t care about customers at all. Save your money and your time and go literally anywhere else. worst fast food experience ive had!

Just stopped to eat real quick and honestly , it is sad to sit here and watch none of the employees help any of the customers coming in at these kiosks. It takes two seconds to go over and show a customer how to check out with their food order. I was in there for about 20 minutes & helped three customers because the employees didn’t. Taco bell employees do better. You should be ashamed of your customer service coming out of this business.

I went in to pick up a mobile order and witnessed a customer who is also picking up a mobile order get yelled at after requesting to get the bathroom unlocked by Kyle the shift manager. I was shocked someone would react like this when a simple question is asked, especially as a manager! Truly unbelievable.
During his screams I noticed the other workers in the kitchen and drive-thru didn’t look confused or looked over to see why Kyle, the manager, was yelling profanities in front of customers. This leads me to believe this is regular behavior from Kyle and should be addressed immediately.
It’s clear that Kyle’s job position isn’t the right fit for him. No manager should ever treat customers like this. Other customers are aware of the poor management at this location, which can easily be improved if people with the good customer service and basic morals are hired instead.
Kyle’s aggressive reaction made me feel unsafe to be at the location. Kyle’s behavior is completely inappropriate, there’s absolutely no reason to yell at customers in such language. It takes less than 5 seconds to press a button in front of you to unlock the bathroom. From the others reviews it’s clear many customers also have had negative experiences with management at this location from this location’s Google Reviews. I suggest someone from the Taco Bell team to investigate this location.

This place is garbage. Multiple times in the past month, my boyfriend and I have ordered from here thinking that the last mistake they made was a one time thing. Wrong. They constantly mess up my food— from giving us the wrong items, to this time, making my Quesarito with nothing but the meat! No cheese, no rice, no sauce. It’s a miracle they made it with chicken like I asked instead of beef! And they’re so lazy at this location. They couldn’t even cut my quesadilla! And the nacho fries were completely hard and stale. And worst of all, we couldn’t even get our money back from DoorDash because the AI bot said no. After multiple horrible experiences from this location, I can confidently say that its not worth it to waste your time and money here.

I regularly have issues with my orders at this location and this location only but my last visit was particularly egregious. As soon as we left the drive-thru we noticed our quesadilla was missing from the bag, but when my friend went inside to ask for it the associate at the counter was immediately confrontational, claiming that she had made the quesadilla herself and knew she put it in the bag, and began to argue with my friend. The manager then came out saying that she didn’t even make the quesadilla, gave us ours, but just told her to go back to work. Meanwhile another customer is inside whose order was also messed up. We get home only to see every item in our Luxe Cravings Box as well as the burrito ordered on the side is wrong; Chalupa has chicken instead of beef, Taco has chicken instead of beef, burrito has no beef and has beans despite asking for them to be removed, and instead of the chips coming inside of an individual bag, they were scattered into the bottom of the paper takeout bag. When I came back and they redid the order, they once more gave a chicken chalupa instead of beef, and at that point I requested if I could just be comped for the items in the order that had been done incorrectly which they refused. It is ridiculous to have this many problems with one order and to be rude to the customers about messing up their order on top of it; I myself am a Store Manager and have never spoken to or allowed one of my employees to speak to a customer the way we were spoken to here or refused a refund. Never coming back to this location and will be keeping my business solely at the Revere and Saugus locations who have never once messed up my order or given poor customer service. This location needs to seriously look into hiring competent staff that is capable of maintaining the brand standard of service and quality.

This was my first time eating inside this Taco Bell. Very clean , easy to order. I like the bar style seating and the big windows. I’m a huge fan of Taco Bell in general. There service has always been flawless to me . Almost every location I been to.
