But we go through Greenwood to take my daughter to her moms in Booneville.
I have never been so happy before in a Waffle House, they were so kind to my daughter and our waiter was attentive to our needs.
The Waffle House is fort smith has nothing on this one and I will travel the extra time just to go back if it’s like this every time I visit

First off, I have to say the restaurant was spotless, which was great. Now about the service….there was one other customer in the restaurant, so they were not busy. My husband and I ordered, I got my food about 5 minutes before he got his. My hash browns were wrong, his bacon was half burnt and the other half was fat. His toast was cold, the butter was just slapped on top of it. We both needed refills on our drinks, but the employees were too busy talking and playing around. I finally had to go to the counter and ask for refills. The servers both had masks on, but the cook/supervisor did not. But at least the restaurant was clean….

This was probably one of my most positive Waffle House experiences ever. I received lots of smiles, asked if I needed something by staff, managers, and the regional director multiple times. I felt appreciated, cared for, and like they actually wanted to serve me.

I witnessed the most disgusting thing today. A manager fires someone their second day for being 5 mins late then flipping the associate off along along with their driver I will never eat here again if this is how u treat people the one may have been an employee but the driver wasn’t yall are flipping off customers not to mention the lousy service that is presented when the good manager Dustin isn’t there… Dustin is probably the only one that thats respectful there yall just lost my service atleast at this location
