Kole and Aiden greeted me as I walked in the door. clean restaurant. Absolutely awesome service. After going to The South store and getting no acknowledgement, I came to this location. These 2 young men were amazing. They were very professional and wanted to help. I’d suggest everyone coming to this location. They’d be better off closing the south location because they just don’t care about you. North location seems to care. They definitely keep the place clean. They are hospitable and they actually acknowledge their customers. Great job guys!!

Paid for priority delivery only to get an order that had hot items packed next to cold items. Makes the sandwiches uneditable. Manager was zero help. Teach your employees how to properly pack an order.

Normally very good. Tonight, an employee was not happy with me asking about an item missing from my online order. When I asked about the manager on duty, I found out that she was the manager on duty. Hopefully, it was just a bad night. Had this been my first and only experience there, I might not return. Given their past history of doing well, I will not let this experience influence me.

I have been to this store twice in a row and they never have anything I want to order and the staff has no idea what they are doing and they can’t answer a question about why they are always out of stuff I noticed that other customers was having the same issues someone needs to find why they never have stuff that is on the menu I go to this one because it is close to where I live but maybe I should go somewhere else and see if they have what I want to eat because the the same thing keeps going on with the one I go to and the workers need to get a new attitude

Both, mine & my husbands sandwiches were not good. The bread had flies in it and our breads were sour. Another customer in line told the workers of the fly issue and ignored her. Not one of the workers preparing our orders got it right and were extremely slow. The only nice person was the cashier. We saw 2 customers walk in & walk right out as we were parking. I guess we should’ve done the same. Our visit was on a Monday around 1:15 pm.

Ordered extra meat on my order, didn’t get extra meat so I called and the lady was very rude. Didn’t even apologize and told me to bring my sandwich and receipt, again being very rude about it. She even said “it’s only an extra boat.” Yes lady, I’m aware, that’s why I’m calling because it’s not there.

Very inconsistent workers. Night shift clearly doesnt enjoy being in setvice industry. Why toast a sandwich if your gonna drown it in sauce. Had a great garlic sandwich that was far from great. Rotisserie chicken is flavorless and tomatoes were on verge of rotten and mostly mush. Would not eat @ this location again.
