I always seek out these places because I know the amount of uncleanliness and lack of couth from the employees. But they’re usually attentive and don’t ever discriminate against any customers. This place was different. There were two people when I arrived, seated at different tables. I wasn’t greeted upon entering, as everyone else was, that came in after me. They had 2 cooks, 4 waitresses, and I think a manager working. One waitress, Shyy, seemed to have half of the tables assigned to her, and half a counter in that sector. She took my order, rather hesitantly and delivered my food when it was ready. No coffee refills, no coming back to see if I needed anything else, nothing. But the other customers, mostly black, got their food, and repeatedly asked if everything was to their liking, and coffee and juice refills. The customers were made up of a diverse group. Black, white, brown, and of both sexes. But I was the only dummy to be discriminated against. The food was also super salty and not very well cooked. I decided against waiting to get more coffee and when I went to pay, Shyy was my cashier. When she asked if everything was good and if there were any issues, she balked at me telling her the truth. “The food was salty and not properly cooked. And the service was lacking,

Waitress who served us was fantastic and accommodating to our needs. Wanted yo move cause of air and we moved quickly. If a mistake was made this waitress made sure she did something to overshadow it. I like the security presence. One waffle house in LR on Bowman closes doors after 12am or 1am and you have t o order at window and wait in car for order.

A Five-Star Experience at Waffle House!
I can’t say enough good things about this Waffle House! My kids and I eat here all the time, and a huge part of that is because of Queen. She always greets us with a warm smile and has such a wonderful aura that makes us feel right at home.
Not only is the food consistently great, but Queen’s kindness and patience with my kids make every visit special. They love coming
here so much that they request Waffle House after church every single week! It’s rare to find someone who makes such a positive impact, and Queen truly does.
If you’re looking for amazing food served with a side of genuine hospitality, this is the place to be. Highly recommend!

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had. The staff was extremely rude and disrespectful the entire time I was there. Instead of working together, the employees spent more time complaining about each other and arguing than actually doing their jobs.
I never received a drink, the food came out cold, and I didn’t even get my full order. No one checked on the table or tried to fix anything — it felt like customers were an inconvenience rather than the reason they’re there.
Waffle House is supposed to be fast, friendly, and simple. This location was none of that. Very disappointing and I would not recommend it to anyone.

All star breakfast was a success for me! Especially since they had sugar free syrup. Service was excellent on this holiday! The all star breakfast was a good bargain. Two eggs, toast , hash browns or grits, big ole waffle, and side of meat for a little beyond 11 dollars.

Pleasantly surprised by the staff and food prep on our return trip to north Little Rock. Greeted by Jasmine with a smile and lots of knowledge of the menu. We enjoyed our meals. The timing of the waffles after our egg dishes was perfect as the air vent was making our meals colder faster than we would have hoped.
Quick correction to a lactose allergy with one of our meals we felt valued and respected.
I may have been unjustifiably holding a stigma associated with this chain restaurant but they are unwarranted—- this place is waffle-icious!

I’ve been a Denny’s grandslamwich fan for years and it honestly turned me against waffle house, but our experience with our wonderful waitress Antilla has really got me back to waffle house! I got the bacon cheestesteak Texas toast sandwich with the world famous hash browns! This is a great location, clean atmosphere, and as previously mentioned our server Antilla really made the experience

I absolutely love Waffle House — it’s one of my comfort spots, especially since I travel a lot for work and it always feels homey to me. However, this is the second time I’ve waited over 20 minutes just for someone to clean the high tops, and they weren’t even busy. I’m always polite and pleasant when I come in, and I’ve even paid for the breakfast of the homeless man who’s frequently there, so I truly care about this place and the people around it.
That’s why it’s frustrating when the customer service and cleanliness don’t match the Waffle House experience I love. The manager is always very sweet, and a few of the staff are great, but the shorter employee with the red hair consistently has a bad attitude and shows no sense of urgency to do her job. Sending her love and light, but I really think this location needs to improve its customer service and cleanliness.
