Came through tonight at the Cleveland store of McDonald’s location ordered a shareable meal with two single quarter pounders with you know the 10 piece McNuggets and only one out of the 2/4 was actually done correctly. The other quarter looked like it was burnt like they did not clean their grills and then we ordered a double quarter pounder with bacon no onion got no bacon had 2/4 that were burnt to a crisp had half of the ketchup from the pump put on my sandwich and one measly pickle. I know it’s supposed to be too because I am an ex worker so I don’t know what needs to be done about this McDonald’s location, but something needs to be done.

We are traveling from Alaska and got into town later than expected, we acknowledge it was close to closing but we stopped off here to get food because we’ve been on the road all day; we weren’t expecting the employees to go above and beyond this late at night, but we did expect to receive edible food. We ordered McNuggets, a spicy McCrispy meal and a Quarter pounder meal. This was quite literally the worst $40 we have ever spent on food. The fries were old and stale, the quarter pounder was tasteless, half frozen, and extremely soggy, the nuggets were old and soggy, and the McCrispy was so hard, either frozen or severely undercooked, I couldn’t bite in to it and chew it. It was like biting into rubber. This was so bad, our dogs wouldn’t even eat it. This was very disappointing & disgusting, and we cannot recommend or advise people to eat here.

So to be quite honest I rode my bike into town today I’m waiting on a person from Facebook to buy something I have on Marketplace right… Well I actually had a dollar in change and then I have $2 on a card.
. So I just go up and I tell the guy this is a little embarrassing but here you know we use my card and then I’ll pay for the rest
.. this kind of stuff just doesn’t happen anymore.
Daycen the young man that waited on me did not hesitate.
He did something and handed me a receipt.
I thanked him profusely.. You know what’s a better than a McDonalds cheeseburger???

Well I’ll tell you what kudos don’t pay the bills and kudos don’t help a young man out.. I will retract and change my review if you do not at least give him some acknowledgment a raise in pay and enroll him in a management program that young man has a heart to help people and that’s the kind of person you need to run your business..

I drove through here at 5:10pm today, Feb 10, 2026. Whoever was working the drive thru window and passing out food was the rudest person I have EVER encountered in fast food. She did not say a single word to me, shoved the food into my open window before I could even get my hands up to grab it, ignored me when I said thank you and then slammed the window in my face. ADDITIONALLY, I ordered a burger with only meat and cheese and these clowns thought it would be funny to give me a burger with NO cheese and all of the other toppings, so now I have a crying 9 year old. Thanks a lot, you guys are the worst McDonald’s in Rapid and I hope you are shut down.

I ordered three $5 meals and three cookies, but they only gave me one bag with three boxes of chicken nuggets. They didn’t include my receipt. I went back to complain when I checked the bag, and the manager treated my wife terribly. By the way, we were driving a silver Elantra.

Poor customer service and terrible attitude from employees, as well as from management. When they screw up your order they’ll snap at YOU for it. I said more than once I wanted ketchup and extra pickles ONLY and this is what I get. I also ordered a bundle and they didn’t ring it up as one. Maybe instead of rushing people through your drive through so fast you don’t even know what they want you should take the time to actually LISTEN. And then the manager wanted to snap at ME because I didnt say anything when they asked if it was correct at the speaker which they DIDNT EVEN DO??? Not even to mentioning the food poisoning I’ve gotten at this store specifically. Done w this location.

Possibly the slowest service I’ve ever received at a fast food place. Waited over 20 minutes as the only people in the place. When we eventually recieved our order, we asked for ketchup. The girl rolled her eyes, groaned and tossed the packets on the counter and walked away. Food was cold, at least expected fresh fries after that kind of a wait. The worst part though… my boyfriends burger literally had a bite out of if!!

Ordered McFlurrys waited for long time didn’t get them. Went up to counter ask the clerk about them. They had been sitting there & were melting. Told him I wanted a refund he just walked away. I told him again that I wanted a refund. He said he had to get a manager. Didn’t tell me the lady at the register was the manager. I went to register & ask if she was a manager & she said yes &
Was getting my refund. Neither the guy I went to first or the manager apologized or said anything. Never had a bad experience at that McDonalds ever before.

Good luck getting service here , stood at the register and got ignored for 5 minutes trying to switch a drive through order to in store, which the app use to let you do, but doesn’t now. Canceled and it lost my daily deal. Put the order back in without the deal and waited. It told me my food would be ready in 2-5 minutes for a solid 10 minutes before switching to enjoy your food as if the order was filled. A few minutes later we got it, burgers were not fresh and clearly had been sitting. Same with the fries, heat lamp warm, not fresh. Bad night for McDonald’s.
