I called in a to-go order for a cheesesteak omelette when they told me they could not take big meats over the phone. Then told me it was because if i didnt come pick it up it would come out of the cooks pay. Now ive been ordering from this place for at least a year and have never heard of such bull. Food was great though,my complements to the cook.

I went in for lunch on Thanksgiving ordered breakfast. Got coffee with it. Paid 3.00 for a cup of coffee. I had to ask for a refill got a half cup refill really your not Starbucks. The cooks forgot my side of biscuits and gravy. To top it all off I was asked to pay and tip before I ever received my order. I ate in. I don’t mind paying for food or leaving a tip, however since I tip on service I felt this was unprofessional and should not happen. since when do you ask the customer to pay and tip before they are getting their food especially when dining in? Not too sure I would recommend it. Not sure if I would stop in again.

I go here a lot. I go different times of the day so I see different shifts. This is the friendliest Waffle House ever!! I love going to this one because the atmosphere is amazing. The food is always good & the service is great. You do not have to wait forever to get your food & it is always hot. Give these people a raise!! They deserve it♥️
