My server Kristen was very polite. The food wasn’t that great was told something is wrong with the grill and the cook was yelling at the servers saying come get it. And then he yelled out to the customers saying who made the weird order with 2 different types of eggs. The guy in the yellow hat. Also saw him wipe a pan with the same rag he wiped the wooden counter. Also manager refused to discount my order for the runny omelet and undercooked hashbrowns.

Easily the rudest service I’ve experienced at any restaurant, including fast food. Staff openly discussed fighting customers over minor complaints, and this was done within earshot of diners. Our waiter forgot the waffle that comes with the All-Star Special, and we had to flag down another server to fix it. The hash browns were also the smallest portion I’ve ever seen at a Waffle House. I strongly recommend avoiding this location and choosing literally any other one. I haven’t left a restaurant without tipping in over 15 years, but this experience made us walk out without leaving anything extra.

I really didn’t eat here. I only used the ladies room because I did not know that the Wendy’s next door had closed down. It was urgent so I ran across the street to here. The atmosphere was great. The people were friendly. So ☆☆☆☆.

I’ve been to a lot of waffle houses. But this has got to be the HARDEST WORKING CREW that I have ever seen in my life. The work ethic, the speed, the communication. I’m just sitting here in my leather jacket just in awe of how passionate everyone is working.

We have more good experiences than bad, and I can’t say that we’ve ever had a truly terrible experience here. The service is almost always at least adequate, sometimes it’s really good. The atmosphere can be really hit or miss depending on who is working or what combination of people you have working. I will say this, I don’t know that I’ve ever been bored at this location, and certainly not recently.
The food is almost always good. The biggest question mark (and this is across multiple Waffle House locations) is whether the gravy is going to be good. I’ve learned to ask before adding any to my hashbrowns or a hashbrown bowl.
On this night, I had the cheesesteak melt which has become my new favorite thing, with hashbrowns (no gravy this night) and a plain waffle. My partner had a grits bowl and a waffle.

First time here. My waitress Telisha was WONDERFUL. She greeted me with a big smile. Her energy was very welcoming. The food was excellent and the staff were very friendly.
