Apparently, on a Friday night, even if the place isn’t crowded, by any stretch of the imagination, you have a very hard time getting served if you are white. Me and my wife sat in a booth for over half an hour watched people come and go. Heard the staff ask other people how they were and if everything was alright, but never even asked us for our drink orders. We were the only white couple in the restaurant. Amazing how racist some people can be. Yes, racism works both ways people. This is proof of that.we were denied service because of the color of our skin, and no other reason. We were not loud, we did not make a scene. We quietly got up and just left. We love waffel house normally. That is why we decided to stop at this one. We will never go back.

We’ve been to many waffle houses in but this location is the best we’ve been to. The waitress was so fun! The music was so good!! The food was cooked to perfection! There was always someone asked if we were good, and an employee even got the door for us when we were leaving. Really good experience!

Waffle House is always a good place to grab a good meal, however I recently learned that certain locations have been forced to close their dining rooms on weekends after a certain time.
This saddens me greatly, and shows the current state of society. This particular location was open at midnight on a Saturday, the food was good, the service was excellent, but the background music was way to loud.

I’ve place an online take-out order twice at this location in the last month. Both times I ordered hash browns with chili but did not receive the chili. The first time, I didn’t notice the chili missing until I got home. The second time I made a point to check my food before I leave. Not only was there no chili, but a waffle was also missing. Politely notified the staff and they just said they are out of chili and will make my waffle. Didn’t apologize or offer a refund for the chili plus i have to wait for them to make the waffle. Service is terrible. Could of at least inform customer upon pick up they are out of chili, instead they hope you don’t notice it. Order elsewhere or your food may have missing items. Terrible location.

This place reminds me of a modern version of a fifties diner. For a quick and filling meal at a very reasonable price, it is hard to beat Waffle House. The store on George O’Neal Lane is always clean and always friendly. They serve breakfast twenty-four hours a day and have a more complete menu for those who prefer something else. Large portions, good food and very quick service.

The employees working this morning were so unbelievably pleasant! Each of them smiled and spoke to me. One lady started singing a jingle, and the other two guys started singing with her. It was like a real life kumbaya moment. Nicest experience I’ve ever had at a Waffle House by a long shot!
