Walked in no chocolate malt but didnt tell me they had shakes i figured it out. Need more pleasant attitudes. Food fine. The medium shakes are not so tall. Good profit on them. Looked like a small size. Sorry!

Food here is below par of other locations, but not my issue with the place. I ordered online, went to go pick up the order and was told by this girl in the drive-thru that they don’t have my order, they never got my order, and that I should wait 5 minutes to see if the order would come in. I pull out of the drive-thru, park and wait for 5 minutes, 5 cars pull in, now I have wait 20 minutes in the drive-thru. I get back to the speaker and ask if they have gotten my order, she says no and that she can’t do anything to help me. I had already paid for the order, I had the email receipt, I ask if I could show those to her and then I could get my food, she told me no. There is no way to cancel an order or start a dispute on the app so I was forced to go through my bank to dispute a jack in the box order, ridiculous. To the girl working the speaker that night, August 5, 2025 at 10:30PM, I hope you get fired.

I placed a mobile order for pick up. The lady at the window didn’t understand me too much but was able to give me my order. They didn’t have any shakes which I ordered but she was able to give me a different item and air freshener to make up for it which made me satisfied.

I asked if they have a double sourdough jack the girl said yeah it’s the number two. So I got that. It’s a double jack not sourdough. The service was very slow and I was very hungry. I ate it and went back and explained how they messed up and asked if I could get a discount on a sourdough jack, she said no. I said you got the order wrong and I think you should. She said she can’t. I said that’s bad service. She said I know.

I’m from Florida and was visiting. I this spot and thought let’s try it, it was very good. I thought the burger was pretty small, but I was good, so I was fine. The only issue is maybe cleaning the lobby more during shifts.
