I only order to-go due to my schedule, but Each time has been pleasant. My order was always correct, cooked exactly how I wanted it, and the service was professional and homelike. Great place especially around 11pm- 2am.

I love WH especially if time is of the essence. Most are the same for food, atmosphere parking etc., however its a hit or miss with the service. Just hope you don’t get a server having a bad day. My go to meal is the “all star” a little bit of everything. So I do recommend WH. But stay away from the one on Greenwell Spring. Dirtiest place I’ve ever dined. Haven’t been back there.

My bf and I Went in to enjoy a great meal with not many people in the building. Walked in,sat down in a booth and continued talking about our day when the employee walked over and asked what we wanted to drink. Right after we asked for just water she asked us were we paying with cash or card. When he told her card she told us the card reader was broken at that time. No big deal right? No since neither one of us had cash we apologized and went to leave. A gentleman at the bar said AS WE WEREN’T EVEN OUT THE DOOR YET said I didn’t know your card reader was broken, she PROCEEDED TO TELL HIM WHILE LAUGHING ITS NOT!!! Like really?! Will never go back to that location again!

They’re not nearly as attentive as the staff at other Waffle House restaurants I’ve been to. Examples include the waffle was served without butter. The hash browns were served without ketchup. I had to ask for coffee 3 times and am still waiting. Still, it’s a good value and the food is good.

2 scrambled eggs with cheese, hash browns, sausage, raisin toast, and coffee. 13.00. Meal was served quickly, hot and fresh. It was very good. Waitress was friendly and pleasant. Handicapped parking and entrance.
