We truly enjoyed our breakfast this morning at Waffle House on O’Neal Lane. The atmosphere is very informal and very consistent, always friendly and welcoming. We enjoy splitting the Allstar Breakfast, delicious and enough for both of us. Our server was very friendly and attentive. An enjoyable experience.

This was by far the absolute cleanest, nicest Waffle House ever! Staff was super nice, super attentive and friendly! Where we sat, we could see the kitchen appliances and work area and every time just a little something was spilled one of the kitchen hands wiped it up immediately! Super clean kitchen! Very very impressed! Food was perfect too!

After leaving our doctor’s appointment my husband ask if we can stop at this location Waffle House, I haven’t been to a Waffle House in a decade because of the bad experience I had at a different one. To my surprise it was pleasant friendly and a joyful experience. We we’re greeted with welcoming good morning and a beautiful smile and laughter. I had the All American and my husband has omelet and hash browns, the Waffle was AWESOME everything was delicious. By far the best my husband also mention this location was the cleanest and best one he has gone to. Most definitely will be back. Thank you to our down the bayou waitress.

The employee held the door open for us as he welcomed us to waffle house. The guy that took our order was courteous and patient as we were trying to decide what to order. The food tasted great. I try to order something different each time I returned to Waffle House.

We were the only table in the place and our waitress ignored us the whole time. First it took forever for her to come take our order. Then the flood took forever. We got our drinks shortly before we were done eating… Everything besides the taste of the food was not worth it. I also had a birthday free waffle in my email they wouldn’t let me use because I had no way to print it. It was overall a.horrible experience.

Passed up 3 WH our last stop was the O’Neal location I definitely will be visiting this one often. Staff was friendly, they greeted you walking in & food was delicious and cooked to my liking sometimes they can over cook the pork chops but the cook did great they were so juicy & good. They have such great team there everyone deserve a raise:) keep up the great work ONeal
