I don’t know what’s wrong with this place or what their problem is. My brother, my nephew, and I were visiting Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and since we don’t have a Waffle House in our home state, we decided to try it for the first time.
The service was terrible. Our order was served in pieces, with 15 to 20-minute intervals between items. We ordered coffee, waffles, eggs, and sausage, but we never had a complete meal on the table at once. The food went cold while we waited, yet we saw other customers receiving their full plates without issue.
To be honest, it felt like we were being discriminated against because my brother and nephew don’t speak English and I had to translate for them. It is truly sad because they were here visiting the U.S. and this was such a terrible, unwelcoming experience. I am never stepping foot in a Waffle House again.

This is my favorite Waffle House. The service is good and the food is great. What I love about this place is you can go for just a cup of coffee and your not being rushed out the door. Love this place

The table and menu were half covered with syrup and sticky so I wiped down what I could with the dry baby napkins at the table, and bless her heart, the waitress watched me while she asked me what I wanted. Then the two tables that sat after me got served before my waitres remembered to put in my order. And when I finally got my order it was wrong and incomplete. And they were not busy or understaffed, there were 5 or 6 people working.

I live Waffle House, I mean who doesn’t, right. My Grandfather is about to be 93 and dines in all the time, amazing! Love it! Breakfast is my favorite meal. And they have expanded their menu. Love their Jukebox, I want one. Love all kinds of genre’s . Thank you Waffle House for y’alls great food. Not to mention you guys have been in business forever. That says a lot.

I ordered a Texas sausage egg and cheese melt, instead I got bacon. I would have been ok if the egg would have been completely cooked. I’ve never had such horrible food from Waffle House. I definitely won’t be back, at this point I want my money back. Baton Rouge service industry is straight trash, no matter where I go I get straight bull service, I’m tired of spending my money and receiving bad service and or food!!

It’s good to eat here, I don’t care for the new app where you have to order and then go pick it up. It charges extra it seems & you can’t talk to the people. The last few times, my hashbrowns were burnt at the top and bottom. Usually, they are good the servers are so sweet, love them.
