We met an old friend there who hadn’t eaten at a Waffle House in almost 30 years! We eat at Waffle House pretty often, but we’ve never been to this location. Christine and Chelsey were our servers: both are friendly and professional. Our meals were cooked perfectly and just what we needed for the long drive ahead. Definitely recommending this location.

Great customer service. We got our food really fast and of course it was delicious and prepared just the way we ordered it. The restrooms were clean the restaurant was clean. It was easy to find a parking spot. I do love to eat at waffle House no matter where we are not sure what it is about waffle House but no matter where you go everybody always seems to be cheerful and polite and of course the food is always delicious and the waffles are to die for.

Waiter served us after the 2 grps that walked in after us. Took our order and we waited 45 minutes before they even started cooking our order. Mind you there was only 4 people in the restaurant. Server never even came back to refill our drinks. We paid for our drinks and left. Worst location ever. Being on the road as much as our company we stop at alot of waffle house locations. By far the worst.

Ordered online very simple order. Two pork chops and grits. Pork chops were crispy, burnt on one side and raw on the other. Secondly, the grits were so watery and filled with clumps of grit. Everything was inedible. And of course I left a tip prior to seeing the BS because I paid online. People have integrity and do your job !

Service here today was horrendous. I guess everybody was mad because they had to be at work today or because they chose to work at waffle House, but everybody’s attitude was nasty. I was not greeted when I came in. I asked for well done pork chops not well seasoned and well done just well done. My pork chops were dry, burnt and overly seasoned with salt. My order was rushed out to me with the attitude. I asked them to remake my order, meaning my pork chops it was nothing but attitude after that when my pork chops were finished cooking my to go Tray was slammed to me and the waitress walked off. They are so rude. It is not my fault that y’all chose to work at waffle House, and make a career out of waffle House. Don’t take that out on me very unprofessional, but I mean, what can you expect from someone who’s working at waffle House? This place is absolutely horrible! they cook your food the way they want to as if they are paying for it !

I usually come to this waffle house often, which it is always fairly good with its food and service. Today was different. My food was good. Service was okay until I paid. I go up to pay the bill and I skipped tip because I prefer leaving tip in cash. Which I did! My significant other needed a togo cup so I go back up to the counter and ask for one. My server, Ariel, gives me the cup and then proceeds to say “If you do or don’t leave me a tip, it’s fine”, because she saw that I skipped tip when I paid my bill. I was stunned being told this, I just told her I left a tip in cash on the table.

First let me say getting used to paying all the fees even though I tip better than the fees they charge. The cook is very friendly and always has a smile on his face the food was on point. They just need direction on being more professional appearances, cleanliness, greetings, atmosphere all around etc. They need new pictures for this location all the ones I see are from years ago. There’s a new hotel coming up right next to this Waffle House to bring them more business which I’m thankful for the servers hopefully management steps it up.
