Best Waffle House I’ve been too. Me and my toddler eat at one often, we came to Covington and grabbed a bite for lunch. My son is such a picky eater, he often doesn’t eat if something he doesn’t like is in the cooking/ preparation phase. The cook made a BEAUTIFUL steak for him, one like most of us will make at home. Our server, Autume was amazing and gave my son a Waffle House hat, whip cream for his waffle, and made sure he was well taken care of. This has again been the best experiences. Restaurant was clean, no sticky feeling and didn’t have super loud music playing like some others.

It’s a Waffle House. Coffee was good, service was fine, and my omelet found it’s way to the floor before it got to me and had to be remade, creating a small delay. No worries. The one that made to the table was good and so was the girlfriends waffle. Dont forget that chili on the hashbrowns. Edit: had pork chops for the first time a few months after the initial review. It’s a shame this isn’t on the favorites menu. Not bad!

While sitting at any WH, everything can be seen and heard while waiting for our food. Wait let me back up. Let me start with ordering the food. The prices have become offensive, not just unfair, but truly offensive. If the products were prime it would at least explain so e of the reason, however, a lot of your products are low quality. I’m not insulting WH, please understand, I understand food and labor cost, purchasing strengths, etc., however, the repetitious routines are appearing to be the corporate, or the home offices failures. Everyone on the food industry recognized the need for changes and growth, but WH never takes this serious. You are worse than McDonald when it comes to paying attention to strengths and weaknesses. What is going well and what isn’t? Are we attractive from the road? Fro. The parking lot? From the front door? From the table? From the menu?
The attitudes in WH employees literally affects the food. The way it is cooked. The way it smells. The way it is presented. Who and how it is presented and absolutely how it taste.

Today makes twice in a row that they didn’t put chili on my hash browns when I ordered for pickup which is really frustrating when you get home and realize it’s not what you ordered normally the service is super fast and the food is really good but this is twice in a row that I didn’t get what I ordered.

Excellent waffle house location. Exceptional service. Great food. Always the best value. Love my eggs sunny side up, grits were fresh, coffee definitely hit the spot. Stellar service by staff. This location is our home location and never disappoints. Mrs. Angie, Mrs. Lisa, Jordan always super great. Matthew makes the best eggs I swear. However you want them, he will deliver.

This Waffle House has been questionable since the day they put it in and it’s only gotten worse. On this occasion I ordered 2 eggs scrambled hashbrowns scattered with ham and raisin toast…the toast was cold and hard and that is not two eggs lol…I was very disappointed but was already home before I saw this…and i only live less than 5 minutes away.
