I recently visited the Chick-fil-A at Montana State University, and I have to say, the experience was fantastic. The food was absolutely delicious everything was fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavor. The classic chicken sandwich was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, just as it should be. The fries were golden and perfectly seasoned, and the sweet tea was the perfect complement to the meal. The service was friendly and quick, making the entire experience even better. If you’re on campus or in the area, I highly recommend stopping by; it’s definitely one of the best fast-food options around.

Horrible location. In order to park pseudo close. You have to go to a paid parking garage and hen walk a block. Once you get to the Chick-fil-A, you order on a touch screen with the only option to pay is with a card, no cash. Then eventually your name and number is called.
What a joke. No customer service, and barely any employee interaction.
This was a big disappointment compared to other locations. They really dropped the ball choosing this location.

The place is great and the food tastes so good! My only issue is the service… the cashier said my name and order number just fine, but she didn’t tell me, Jickle that it was her pleasure, I thought that chick fil a workers enjoyed their jobs but I suppose not. The employee that was unable to say my pleasure is listed in the photograph. But holy moly the Mac and cheese is good!

Good luck parking. The food and service were outstanding. Grubhub app was key, although I wish they’d use the official Chick-fil-A app. Hilarious to me that the only Chick-fil-A for a wide radius is inside a campus student center.

My waffle fries were not cooked all the way. My strawberry shake, barely tasted of any strawberries. I thought it was a vanilla shake. Can’t say much about the atmosphere since it’s in the college campus. The service was extremely friendly just like every Chick-fil-A, but it’s not worth it to go.

So happy we have a Chick-fil-A now! My kids and I visit frequently. The food is always amazing, (other than the vanilla iced coffee I got on 6/18, it was horrible), we always buy extra food to take home.
The only thing that is less than ideal is the location of this particular Chick-fil-A. If you want to visit you have to park in a parking garage, trek through a building, down several floors, across a street into another building and through that entire building to reach it. But if you love Chick-fil-A, you’ll do it. Lol. Then you can either take your food to go, or eat in the college union building, which always feels awkward to me.

Went on opening day, which was extremely busy and expected. Yes, the line was long as another review stated; however, this location just opened and many around the community obviously wanted to try their food.
I ordered the chicken sandwich original meal, waffle fries and a lemonade. The sandwich was good, but it could have been from the rush in the kitchen… I found it wasn’t the same as in Billings. This patty was not juicy or flavorful. The fries were good and the drink not too sweet.
I’m going to try again when it’s been open longer and hope once everyone gets settled ( new staff adjusts) that the quality will improve.
Definitely worth trying!
