My family and I have been to other waffle house establishments and got great service, this place, not so much. Took 15 minutes before we were approached by anyone. Got the manager that was on duty to get a waitress to get our order. Only 2 other tables were occupied at this time with 2 people at each table and they all were already eating. 20 minutes later we finally get our food and we’re very disappointed. My son ordered the 5oz stake and it looked like someone had thrown it on the floor and stepped on it a few times. My hamburger wasn’t bad with the exception of the nasty looking lettuce that was placed on it. The whole time we were there there was 2 waitresses the were very loud with their comments from one end of the kitchen area to the other. As a former cook myself at many establishments such as sports bars,hotels and privately owned restaurants i would have fired everyone of them on the spot.

Never in my life…. has anyone had me finish an entire plate of food in under 30 mins for my first time at waffle house the food was slamming and the staff was super professional and up beat thank you for a great experience!

The cook was awesome! My waitress was terrible! Walked in and was told the grill was being cleaned…so we waited. We then got our food pretty quickly & it was cooked to perfection! The only problem was… we got no waffles! Over 10 minutes later I went to the counter & said something ( only one other table was being seated) 5 minutes later… finally got a waffle! My waffle, on the other hand, never made it to the table! I finally walked to the counter & my waffle was handed to me! Our waitress barely paid attention to our table & it was a disaster!

The coffee pot was filthy and all of them looked like they had never cleaned! I drink regular my husband drinks decaf when he asked for decaf the waiter said they didn’t have any and acted like it was a hard chore to make The grill is up front it also was greasy and not cleaned in a while. 1st time eating at one very disappointed. Food was good

Melinda was great, made sure everything was right and even got me another order of eggs bc mine weren’t done. She smiled. She helped us when we weren’t even in her section. Melinda was one of the best waitress I’ve ever had. The waitress that was suppose to serve us didn’t even acknowledged us once or even tried to help us and she never smiled once.

The staff were great. My rating is only on my preference of the food. I’ve been wanting to eat here for a while, finally fit it in today. The food was served in front of you which was interesting to watch. I enjoyed that. It was done quickly. People kept coming in for sit down meals as well as to go orders. The eggs were almost tasteless to me. The crispy hashbrowns were enjoyable and my favorite part of the meal. If we come back it’ll be to try the waffles.

Wonderful Waffle House!! Teanna was a super friendly waitress that checked on us often.
Food was amazing! Omelet fluffy, grits hot, Biscuit and gravy was perfect! The milk was really cold!!! … didn’t have to ask for ice.

Such an iconic place! Run down needs a good cleaning! Restroom horrible. Nice staff and wonderful service. Lumpy grits… everything else was fine.
