Went to a waffle house trip with my friends, the place was super clean and lively as usual (looks empty in pics due to closing times). I ordered the chicken jalapeño bowl, hash browns, and a blueberry waffle. The chicken had a slight bitter note, but overall the bowl was still really enjoyable. The hash browns were solid, and adding jalapeños made them even better. The blueberry waffle was delicious as always, though a bit on the sweeter side for my taste.
A special shoutout to Micyah, who took our order. She was incredibly kind and kept such a positive attitude throughout our visit. Her warmth really made the experience even better. God bless her!

A solid Waffle House experience. Miya our server was great. Hash browns were crispy like I like it, toast uncut as I ordered so I could put my scrambled eggs on it. Yum! Fast arrival for the food. Good coffee and OJ. Worth a stop if you want tasty breakfast food! Sorry I did not snap a pic before I started. There were two slices of toast I promise!

We used to love coming to this Waffle House, but after today’s experience, I think we’ll be finding a different location. Our waitress was very rude to my child and then proceeded to speak negatively about us to other employees within earshot. That was extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I also didn’t appreciate her walking around with an AirPod in her ear while working. Customer service used to be one of the reasons we enjoyed coming here, but unfortunately that was not the case today.

We didn’t even know there was Waffle House in Collinsville but I must say that the food was great, and the staff was friendly. We stopped in from a trip and we were not disappointed. The service was fast, and the food was hot and delicious. Our server, Jaylahh was exceptional! She was funny, attentive and truly a sweetie, we would come again just for her. Although there were a few flies due to the door being open, the space was clean, including the bathroom, and we felt comfortable. I highly recommend this location if you’re passing through, or want a good chat and some great food.

Love the waffle house. pecan waffle, well done was great. Also had a delish chopped steak sandwich and smothered, covered, peppered potatos… Quick cook in this one, they were busy, a little slow on bussing and cleaning the tables, but they were busy. Always recommend.

Unfortunately I’m in town for a family emergency. I decided to stop in an place and order for the family. While I was looking at the menu the manager was being so unprofessional. He was talking down to someone doing an interview i think. He was yelling at him infont of the whole store. This made me so uncomfortable I decided to take my order for 17 people elsewhere. This kinda ruined my day because I felt bad for the poor fellow. Looked like he was just trying to improve himself and got treat so awfully. I don’t think I can go to waffle house again wo thinking of this. That’s a shame to think because u manage waffle house u think you can mistreat others. Im glad this person doesn’t hold any real power like a politician. Could you imagine. Plus I don’t want evil people cooking my family’s breakfast.

I don’t even know where to start. We walk in and some girl is running around telling everyone it’s her first day. After a small wait we finally got a table. It took about 20 minutes before our server came over to our table to get our drink order. Ralph, our server, kept coming up to the table to take our order but got distracted and left multiple times while saying nothing. When the family in the booth next to us left one of the kids got up and puked EVERYWHERE. I’ve never seen so much puke before. The new girl came over with a disgusted look on her face to clean it up then again reminded everyone it was her first day. We know girl, you told us 10 times already. Our food took forever and was cold. Don’t recommend eating here. Ralph and new girl need new career paths.

I always wanted to go here and I was disappointed. The service was low and I was nice with 3 stars. Never once came back to refill coffee. Early morning not many customers. The prices were little more than average. I would rather have gone to IHOP or DENNY’S. It was ok.
