-1 got pulled to the side to wait for our ice cream orders. They brought 2 of our orders after more than 5 minutes of waiting and they were okay. We were missing 3 more and they went back to get it. When we got it, it was super melted. It looked more like a drink than ice cream. We couldn’t eat it because it was watery. We went back to see if they could remake it, which they did, but this time they gave us half of the portion. Terrible experience never have experience of all the times we come here.

The place was packed and drive through was full. Our order came out very quickly and was correct. We ordered burgers and cheese curds. The food was great. The burgers resemble a smash style burger. The food runner was friendly and asked if everything was correct and if we needed anything.

We came through on a large bus with 35 people and Tom Griffin provided exceptional customer service. Despite the lunch rush and our group of students, he was so friendly and accommodating and made what could have been a stressful experience a pleasant one. The food was great too!

I’m so glad that their employees can mess up whole orders, and never learn anything from it because the customer can’t even come in and get their right food they had ordered and the employee messed it up. No i don’t want your dumb coupons i want my order that i originally ordered, and if all you’re doing is proving you can’t get it right the first time why would i want to come back. It’s too expensive for you to be fine with your employees messing up.

Ordered a medium combo with cheese curds, a large combo with cheese curds, and a mixer and it cost $33. Took almost 10 minutes just to get to the window and the mixer was already half melted. After pulling forward it took another 13 minutes for my food to get to me. Almost 25 minutes for “fast” food.

Was there on Friday and we waited and waited and waited! When we finally received our food (eat-in), my fish dinner was luke warm (not hot like usual) and my Wife’s double butter burger was dry and it was only luke warm also! The girl that brought our food to the table said my fish just came up! It had been sitting somewhere because it was barely edible. Have always been a fan of Culver’s, but that did it! Freddy’s, here we come. Will not be returning to this Culver’s! Yes, I realize they won’t miss my business!
